Highly recommend Tri-State Exterminating!! Very professional folks! They got the building inspected and went through with a fine tooth comb… ok maybe not a comb but they did an amazing job and explained everything and answered all my questions. They have treatment plan all set and ready to go all within two days. Very pleased with the workers from the office to the field. Thanks for helping!!

I would never come to Tri State Extermination if you’re looking to get ripped off and be wasted of your money and time.

They must take their job seriously because if they’re willing to cut you off while blindly merging with no turn signal then you know they’re risking it all to make sure they get to where the termites are.

They 100% got rid of my fleas but mysteriously my 3 cats all died within 3 weeks after they sprayed. But of course I can’t prove it was what they used that killed them. This wasn’t the first time they sprayed but at least it’s gonna be the last. Don’t know if the chemicals worked or the fleas died from starvation but Tri State saved me a bunch of money on cat food and litter. I only recommend them if you are looking for a way to kill the fleas and your cat/ cats.

I made an appointment and actually canceled my son's orthopedic appointment because it's the only day they were in my area and could come. I waited literally all day for them to arrive. No call, no show. I have yellow jackets inside my home with 4 kids. They didn't even have the decency to let me know they weren't coming. Apparently they had no signal in my area (not my fault, not my problem). He was already in the area so why not just come over? I called and let her know I would be here. I mentioned I had things to do but she said as long as I was back by 2 it would be fine. I was HERE!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!! Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks. WHAT A SHAME!

Initially had a great experience with this company. I had an issue. I spoke with their technician Matt who spent some time educating me. I had a service call from Sean who spent time educating me and trying to teach me to figure out my situation myself so that he didn't have to spray (and take my money). I appreciated that because I just bought a house and my funds were limited. Both guys told me to call with questions. A few weeks ago (approximately 3 weeks after my service call) I spoke with Sean. I reported that I was still seeing some roaches from when I sprayed three weeks prior. Sean said he'd call me the following week on Wednesday. I rescheduled other appointments and waited by the phone. No call from Sean. I waited the rest of that week. No call. I followed up the following week. I spoke to the secretary. She said she'd ask him to call. Another week passes without a call. I called this week and was told by the secretary that the techs said I'd just have to schedule a service. Well that fine but don't start out a relationship with a customer saying you're available for questions and promise to call and then just abruptly change your mind. That's not how you do business. You said you'd call me back Sean. You offered. I didn't ask. No big deal. I'll use another company moving forward.

I can't say anything negative about this wonderful company. I was cleaning my yard at 2pm on a Friday preparing for my kids birthday party the next dayand about hit a big bald faced hornets nest on my shed. I called them up in a panic trying to get this dealt with before we had family and friends over for them. They were so polite and kind trying to get me help last minute and almost like fate they had an exterminator not far from me who was willing to come save the day for us. Shawn was his name and he was so kind hearted to me and my kids while he was here but a ruthless killer when it came to these pests. I want to thank everyone there for saving the day for my family. I will never call another company and will always recommend these fine folks.

Matt has been treating our house for about 2 years now. Not only is he extremely thorough, he is insanely knowledgeable about every type of bug and rodent known to trespass into your house. He is beyond friendly and makes you feel like family. I never want anyone else treating my house except for him. Highly recommend tri-state!

Never went there

Matthew Blair is my usual technician. He always goes above and beyond and really cares about myself and my home. We discovered there was a mouse in the basement which terrified me and he continued to come, place traps and check the traps until we caught the mouse. Excellent service and excellent technician. Highly recommend company and especially Matthew.

It was a very professional and knowledgeable with a honest care about the customers needs first.

Had Matt and Anthony stop by to help us with a yellow jacket problem.They are very professional and explained the situation to us and did what they said...unlike a national company we went with first. And the best thing is they are very knowledgeably and reliable and I will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again guys!

Quite impressed! Knowledgeable, thorough, willing to share the process and educate me when I asked. You can tell Matt and Anthony really enjoy their job. Gave resources and options specific to our situation. Hope not to need services again🤞 but would use them again in a heartbeat.
