Lamps is the best! I filled out a form for an inspection quote on Monday night and received a call from them Tuesday morning! Jeremy came to inspect and was knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and answered all my questions. They really take care of any problems you have. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with pests in the home!

This is the first time I have ever had a professional pest control company come to my house and the experience was great. I called on Monday and had a service technician come out on Wednesday. Jeremy M was kind and professional and had the entire house treated inside and out in about 30mins!

Lamp's has been of great help! My husband and I were buying a house recently and (like many people do) found out we were closing in less than a week. I called the office at 4:30 and was immediately helped by Kim who scheduled my WDI. Steve and Craig came out the next day to complete our inspection and the report was sent out the day after! When I was paranoid about the possibility of creepy crawlies, Gavin came out and gave us a quote for the 4 Seasons Service to help with our general insects and the (as my husband puts it) evil Asian beetles. Most recently, Bo came out and serviced our home for the initial 4 Seasons Service. Every day since, we have found dead Asian beetles and stink bugs! So excited to continue service with this company and trust them to help us with all our pest issues!

Huge shout out to Pest Specialists Jeremy at Lamp Pestproof. Jeremy came in to treat for spiders, after hearing about a few complaints about other pests he did a full inspection on the property and found evidence of termites. He was thorough and polite, and got us a appointment for further treatment quickly and at a price WAY below what was expected. Thanks Jeremy McCloy!

Nice, friendly, and considerate young men. Jeremy and Tommy did a termite inspection in our parsonage. They were neat and went above the inspection when they thoughtfully reported a problem that was not Lamp Pestproof related (of which we were unaware). This was very much appreciated and is being taken care of now. All told, we have had excellent service from Lamp Pestproof throughout the years. Great job by Jeremy and Tommy.

Not very happy I paid 238 dollars to help get rid of ants they have been here twice in 2 months to spray and all it did was make it worse I paid 30 dollars for stuff on Amazon and got rid of them instantly. Definitely don't recommend now out of that much money. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We would have happily helped with this situation if we had known; however, we have not spoken with you since three weeks before this review. As you know from previous service(s), we offer free extra services on our Four Seasons program. We do our best to handle any and all customer concerns with discretion to protect customer privacy and have tried to call you multiple times since seeing this review online. Ants are persistent and can be very frustrating, as they do spread throughout areas, establishing multiple nests. Areas with continual moisture and/or standing water can create challenges to typical treatments as well. That is why we use slow working, non-repellent products for Ant Services – so each new wave of ants moving in to treated areas (from surrounding untreated areas) will encounter the product and share it with other ants before dying off.
Horrendously unsafe driver employed by this company. One of their employees had a complete disregard for other drivers safety and cut across a lane to make a turn (turning left from the middle of three lanes) rather than going to the next intersection to make a safe turn.

They have been to my grandmas twice in Vienna WV to treat bed bugs. They were there to bake the house in July (second time). My grandma thoroughly went through everything with the help of the family to seal everything. After about $5,000 for both treatments they are back 6 mos later. They claim it’s reinfestation but they never solved the problem. She is 75 years old and it’s awful that they are telling her there is nothing they can do about it to make things right. My heart is broke for her, she cannot afford to do this again.

I had a pretty bad ground mole problem in Vienna. After given an estimate of over $300 to rid of the moles I paid for the service all up front. I was told they would show up every Friday for 3 weeks straight. They missed their appointments and came a week late both times to tell me that they weren’t able to eliminate the problem and that’d they would continue treatments for more money. I still have ground moles and I don’t think they properly serviced my problem.

I manage property in southeast Ohio but I live on the other side of the country. I called this company for some pest control work. They would not allow me to mail a company check (or any check) to them for service. I had to use my personal money to pay them and then get reimbursed which is a pain in the neck given how my situation is set up. Every other business entity I do business with in the southeastern Ohio area understands my situation and allows me to mail checks after the service is complete. I find the actions of this company on this matter to be disgusting, unprofessional, and makes them seem money-hungry. I will never be doing business with them again. If you aren't local, don't do business with them. They absolutely will not work with you if you aren't local.

First I would like to say everyone here was very very nice. I had them treat my home for fleas gotten from a flood. They were very prompt. I had the first treatment and was very disappointed that it didn't work very well. No, I didn't not have a large infestation. I have no animals. So after 2nd week of treatment I still had way to many fleas. I called and they said to give it to 3 weeks. I did this and still had to many so set up an appointment on the 4 of September to have a 2nd treatment. Their 2nd treatment are only half price. After 2nd treatment the gentleman told my neighbor and my self that I would see no more by that night and for sure by the next day. That was not the case. When I called 4 days later they told me to give it more time again. In the mean time people were telling that they have had treatments from other companies and never had this problem or taken this long. Some construction guys told me they had to use it in other peoples home and they bought from Ormes and sprayed once every 7 days and after 3 weeks never a flea seen again. Lamp pest has told me that eggs could last 9 months. So am I going to have to spray every month for nine months. I sure hope not. Anyway, my next treatment will be from someone else for I will try the spray from Ormes myself. I did give them a 3 star because of promptness and being so nice.
