I was very happy with the services provided. I called with a termite issue that was resolved quickly and didn't charge me a arm and a leg for. I recommend using Cherokee Termite & Pest Control for any bug infestations.

I have been very patient with this guy for months but my patience has run thin. I paid the year retainer in June 2021, received service that day and one other time. I have called, emailed, & texted and the few times he did respond was to offer excuses why he can’t return but 90% of my attempts have been ignored and/or avoided. I have requested a refund of just the retainer fee for he did not honor the agreement however, he still does not return my call, e-mail or text. He’s nice to speak with but very very poor & unethical business practices.
