We received great service from our tech, Joshua. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. A super nice guy and very professional.

Joshua did a great job, first time here & he took care of quite a few carpenter bees on top of the normal service. Very professional, great job!

This was our first visit with our new terminex technician, Joshua Burrell. Joshua made sure to ask about any concerns we had. He seemed to be very thorough in the treatment process. Joshua was also very nice and professional!

Ethan Stewart was very convincing when he put out his sales pitch, so I decided to try it. I received text on the appointment and all communications between Joshua Burrell, the technician who talked to me and did the treatment was very cordial and respectful. Thank you.

I could write a book of how many bad experiences that I had. From being over charged to being told that I was going to get some money back that I didn't and only got two months credit after thousands in damage. Then when people were supposed to come they would try and guilt you of how busy that they were and not answer your phone call. There was a very high initial cost and then what was done you could do yourself for next to nothing and do a better job. One of the managers was very rude. They lied about their timing and were very unprofessional. Then after all this I call to cancel and they cancel the person coming the next day and I say OK thats fine and they still charged me another month. I can't even imagine if there is some 30 day cancelation thing and I hadnt seen them in months how they could cancel the visit and then think to charge me again. The customer service is super rude. They try to talk you into services up front for over 1000 bucks that you don't need. This is such a nightmare of a company to deal with. I don't know how anyone has said one positive review about them. This stretched out over a year and I am foolish that I ever called someone. Then the final spit in the face was the 81 bucks on my card after all of this. Rude and terrible people and I would also use the word shiesty.

Joshua done a fantastic job! He was very thorough and asked if I had any questions. He told me about other things Terminix offered that would be helpful to me. I told him I would think it over and probably go with it in the near future. He explained everything in great detail and done a great job! Terminix should give him a raise.

Joshua Burrell done a fantastic job. He did more than the other person I had years ago with terminix e did an extremely through inspection. Something I didn’t have before. Such an outstanding young man.

Don’t really feel as if they solved our problem and the price was ridiculous for the service we received!!! Complete rip off!Do better

Service rep came out and quickly identified easy access areas and put out some traps. Traps could be kill on contact instead of the poison and glue type. We don't want to deal with injured rats, we want them dead. We were uncertain when we arranged the appt as to what type if traps he was talking g about but in our case due to infestations anything less than kill on contact isn't quite good enough. The confusion was on our behalf tho....first time we ever experienced a rat infestation, it is freaky at best. Company made us feel more educated about our situation and our next step is to stop them from attacking our home.

Service was scheduled fast . The man that came out was so extremely nice professional and helpful . I love how he was down to earth and made me feel like me and my family mattered.

Joe Milbee has been protecting our home from bugs for many years. He is always friendly and professional. After my husband was stung by yellow jackets twice while mowing, Joe went out of his way to check our yard and ensure that there was no nest on the property.

We anyways have an excellent experience with Terminix. The tech calls before he comes and is always professional and friendly. We noticed since we started using Terminix we have almost no pest and rodents. Highly recommend Terminix.

David always does a great job, goes above and beyond.

David did such a great job inspecting for rodents! I’ve had other exterminators and they didn’t look in half the places he did. I really appreciated that he explained what to look for. I had some rats decide to scope out my crawl space and was worried they were getting into the living area. He looked around and behind things and reassured me that they probably moved on. He told me how to prevent more from camping out at my place and even showed me where the holes were. Very thankful! Glad I switched to terminix!

First time trying them and it will be the last called twice to try to make me a appointment and they will say they have me booked and no one shows up and come to find out they didn’t even make me a appointment they have done this to me twice definitely don’t recommend
