My wife and I accidentally double paid for services and I have called every week for three months trying to get a refund. Bureaucratic NIGHTMARE, shunted from department to regional office to corporate headquarters. Still waiting for “corporate approval” from the parent company. They’re very quick to take your money but good luck getting it back. Try and find a LOCAL option if you can- these guys are an out of state conglomerate and don’t have the time of day for customer service.

I’m very disappointed in this service. The tech showed up an hour early each time. Since I’m stay at home, it really isn’t a big deal for me but could be for people who need to call off work. Additionally, I had to have them come out twice and I still have major ant and spider problems. I had numerous spider nests/eggs around the outside of house before the techs sprayed and now I have baby spiders inside my house that I’m killing multiple times a day. Obviously, whatever they’re using doesn’t work.

The technicians are nice but the office personnel should work on the language on the phone. Whomever answered the phone today 5/16 at 8 am is who I am talking about specifically. A contract customer shouldn’t be told that “having them come all the way out to Shinnston is a waste of everyone’s time” when I said scheduling a same day visit may not work and was then given a date over 2 weeks out for the next service time. Customers should feel valued and this was not that. Extremely rude, and unprofessional.

Did a horrible job came to my mother's the guy that was supposed to be treating her house didn't use any chemicals at all and then turn around and wanna charge ya full price for services that weren't received...I highly recommend you walk around and babysit whoever comes into you're home and make sure you get what you pay for This place is a joke

We've used PSMI for years and the past few years have started having tons of issues. For one, I think the chemical they use isn’t effective. I could literally call a month after every spray to have them come back to do a follow up spray and it still wouldn’t help. 2nd I can’t say they value your time as a customer so don’t expect them to go above and beyond for you, outside of your technician that comes. Trust me, for having been a customer (in a rental and as a home owner) for over decade I’ve seen it all from this company. I’m just really sorry I sent business there way over that decade.
