I’ll start with yes their product works , this is the second time I’ve used Dodson because of our dog getting flees. With that said next time I will use a different company !! The first time was about half the price and they were very prompt to come out. The flees were worse that time to due to some very old shag carpet. One treatment they were gone ! The inspector/pesticide specialist does his job well, but the receptionist/secretary answers the phone but doesnt seem to have any information from scheduling appointments or costs. Called the main number for general information the woman that answered seemed perturbed I was calling the main number and was told to call another number which was an inspectors cell number. Was told there were several and she didnt keep track of their schedules. Asked about treatment for furniture and was told did

Dodson’s Pest Control, has been working great for me I’ve been using them for 5+ years, my technician Luke , is friendly, and calls me the day before his appointment , or as a reminder call which I really appreciate, I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone! And the price is great in my 5+ years of service it has ONLY increased one time , unlike the other businesses rising $$ for inflation, they offer a variety of services not just one particular service, which I think is great!
