Called one evening came out the next day. The service guy was super nice and explained everything that they were doing and was willing to answer my questions regarding treatment and n the effects on my cats. Thank you for the quick and awesome response. Cost was also super affordable.

This is a great company with incredible employees and customer support. I recently purchased a home near Berkley Springs and found a termite problem - I contacted the BugMan immediately and had an inspection within 24 hours and termite and complete pest services completed within 48 hours. Service does not get better than this. They took my pest problem as seriously as I did and their professional, compassionate, and effective services are first-rate. Call the BugMan FIRST, you won't need anyone else.

For 2 years we've been using The Bug Man for our normal preventative pest control treatments. This weekend we had a squirrel in our home. The Bug Man came to the rescue and quickly got to our house and took care of the situation for us. Can't recommend The Bug Man enough - they are great.
