Phillips Termite & Pest Control

They came 2 times barely did anything in my house. And now 3 weeks late I can’t get them on the phone to fire them

When we noticed termites around an exterior door we don’t normally use we immediacy called Phillips! Justin came and gave us a free estimate quickly the next day! He was very thorough and comprehensive in explaining the process that would need to happen in order to stop further termite damage. 2 days after that a team of guys showed up and worked for half the day. They also sprayed the inside of our home for other spiders/wasps/centipedes that we had seen. They were all so professional and polite! I certainly recommend them to anyone needing help with termites or pests of any kind! They also didn’t mind my toddler watching them and asking them questions about what they were doing. She even thanked them for making sure her room had no bugs! We’ll be using them monthly to make sure we keep pests out of our home.

Terrible company. I reached out this morning for a termite inspection. After my second question the lady hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and there was no answer after several phone calls. A man finally answered and said “police department”. This company is an absolute joke.

In process of selling a home Phillips did termite inspection and treatment. He threatened to sue me before sending a bill and put a mechanics lean on my home. Do not deal with these people !!!!!!!!!!!
