Drew was absolutely amazing!! I called the 3rd of November and Drew was at my house the next day. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and made sure to tell me everything I would need to know about the pests, what he would be doing and what would happen from there on out. He left no stone unturned. I had another pest control company come the previous day and needles to say I did not go with their services!! I am so greatful for Appalachian pest control for their timely service, customer service from the beginning has been top tier! I am signed up on the every two months plan for anyone looking for pest control services.. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Termites treatment: phenomenal service & professionalism; most of all: honest! The owner (Jay) showed up for the free inspection and quoted me at 1/3 the price of a quote I got from Orkin for the same service, and scheduled the service for the same week. Jay was very transparent, explained everything very clearly and without exaggerating the problem or up-selling, and did a great job at a fair price. Upstanding company with high integrity professionals. I also called for follow up questions after the service and Jay was super helpful. Highly recommend for all services!
