Joe L showed up for the estimate within an hour of me emailing about a large rotting oak tree i needed removed. The guys showed up at 8 and had everything on the ground and wrapped up by 11. Excellent service.

I’ve used them multiple times. Always timely and fast. And they clean up after themselves! Staff is friendly and responsive.

Watch out if Barrett's Sav-A- Tree is doing work near your home. They crushed a the landscaping in my front yard. They dumped a huge tree so heavy branches were crushing plants, put their chain saw down on flowers in bloom, and walked all over it. This happened even though I talked to the foreman early in the job. Needless to say, they didn't ask my permission to be on my property.

Juan was very professional, he answered all my questions and did a great job.

This was a great process, from the initial consultation, which was very objective, to the professional team that came to remove and prune. Very professional.

Barrett’s have done several projects for me from tree trimming to tree removal and stump grinding. They get the job done fast and safely with all the right equipment. Also they do organic tick treatments on my property that has eliminated the ticks and keeps us and our pets safe.

Two guys that removed our trees for us, and did some trimming were fantastic. Easy to communicate with and great attention to detail. Unfortunately, Sav a Tree Stump grinding completely failed to happen. They assured us they would come out at 8 o’clock on a specific date and we’re well informed that we were going to start construction on a shed. They completely failed to show and my husband found out they had been diverted to another job by calling the office when they didn’t show up. Then, they promised they would come the next day at 8 AM to stump grind and once again, the Office diverted the sump grinding crew to another job in a different town. We had to completely cancel our stump grinding plans and our contractor use his own chainsaw to get the stump down so he could begin the construction project. Very disappointed and the reliability of. Sav a Tree. Because of this, we canceled other services we were planning to have done by this company. The arborist/sales person, Ethan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are sad that we cannot use their services because of their scheduling snafus.

The knowledge and professionalism of Joe LaRock was very much appreciated. The crew was amazing with cleanup. Even neighbors stopped by to remark that, other than trees being gone, you can't tell they were here!

Had 2 large fallen (but propped up) trees and 1 dead but still standing tree. They came in and took care of everything in less than an hour. Now I don't have to worry about them falling on the house. They were all very polite and professional too. I'm sure I'll use them again for my future needs.
