Calked Andy at Checkmate Exterminators as we had carpenter ants appearing in our porch. Andy returned our call in minutes, asked me to send a photo and confirmed that we were indeed carpenter ants. We made an appointment for Andy to come to the house. He was on time and very professional. He was able to determine where the carpenter ants were coming from and explained the process to eradicate the ants. Andy was prepared and sprayed the areas necessary, It worked exactly as Andy said it would and we have not had any carpenter ants since! I highly recommend Checkmate Exterminators !!!

We found Checkmate to be responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and good at what they do. They showed up when expected to inspect and discuss recommended treatments. We made an appointment for them to come treat our house, and they were there as promised. The treatment has proven effective. We would certainly do business with them again. UPDATE: 1.5 years after the treatment we had for ants and other insects, the treatment is still holding up. We are very happy with the service we received.

Made two calls for service over two weeks. Nobody answered the phone or replied to messages.

I called them three times and left voicemails and never received a call back. I would not recommend them.

We called Andy after trying to deal with a wasp hive right over our front door. After being stung several times by angry wasps, we called a professional - Andy. Not only did he show up very promptly, but he quickly and efficiently removed the hive and they have not returned. And his price was more than reasonable. We highly recommend Andy. He knows his stuff, is prompt and reliable, and is extremely honest, which is important when you have someone come to your home.

They responded to our phone call in a timely manner. And came gave good service at a reasonable price.

I have always had success working with this company, now under new ownership. They've moved to Bristol as well. This listing was set up by the previous owner and is now defunct. I would recommend them to anyone in need of exterminator services.
