Dan did an excellent job today! I recently moved into a new house in Westford and found signs of carpenter ants and mice. Dan addressed those issues as well as performing other proactive treatments. He was thorough, professional, and polite.

The fox pest control solicitor showed up on his electric scooter. He was polite and friendly, and showed us what he was doing. We signed on and we instantly gratified. Ants, mosquitoes, and other flying things seem to have vanished. Birds and pest seem totally unaffected. If you plague, I would suggest giving them a call!

Courteous and no pressure to buy in , however I was getting treatment about 3 years ago for less money. $80 4 times a year, or something of the like.

I’ve had great service with Fox Pest Control & the technician I’ve had is amazing. Damon is always promptly on time, is great with service reminders and is very thorough with his inspections and work.

I've had a terrific experience so far with Fox Pest Control, and I'm very happy with their service, their flexibility, and their personnel. Their visits have been on schedule, professional, and their technicians are always polite and they let us know exactly what they are doing. They also ask us about any particular problems they should know about so they can treat them. Their sales rep initially provided us with a nice incentive to sign up for the service, the office rep set up the payment plan I preferred, and the technician who did the initial service was really great, explaining everything and answering any questions I had. The payment plan has worked out very well! So far, I'd recommend Fox Pest Control very highly!

Today was my first meeting with Damon. We walked around the entire interior of the house, as well as the exterior perimeter. Damon reassured me of the safety regarding the products used inside, due to the fact that I have a blind dog who depends on his nose to navigate around the home. I feel really comfortable having Damon return if I should not be here. My blind dog Teddy loved Damon, and I’m confident that the products used won’t hurt him. Damon was very thorough with his explanations regarding what to expect in the upcoming days as far as pests are concerned. Thank you Damon for your kind and helpful service.

I was told there would be 4 visits over the next year. It would be $69 for each visit. Once they got my card, they began charging me $69 monthly. I feel like it’s a scam! Extremely disappointed

I would not recommend Fox Pest control. We contracted with them because we were told they would be at the house within 48 hours of a phone call in between the regularly scheduled visits. A few weeks following their initial pest inspection and treatment I still noticed the two issues I had called them about had not really been reduced, let alone resolved. I called on a Saturday afternoon and did not receive a call back until Monday afternoon. By then I had reached out to a different pest control company, who by comparison, indicated that they were far more competent and accommodating. When I called to cancel Fox indicating this failure in their SLA, they charged me a hefty cancellation fee (about 4 months of the monthly service fee) and told me that they are closed Saturday afternoons and Sunday so it is unreasonable for me to expect anyone to call back until Monday. My current pest control service has an answering service 24/7 so at least someone receives my phone calls when I call with a pest problem on the weekend. The home is a rental, so this is important to us. Further, the technician who serviced our home did not have any experience with the type of pest we were having and treated for the wrong thing.

Didn’t fill all the box’s and sprayed right over some bags we had outside to bring into the house. They didn’t fill the box’s last month even though we gave them the extra bait. Will be looking for a different company haven’t been impressed.

Was mislead upon signing up and am now paying more than I was before with another company for less service. Don’t get tricked like me and do your research before signing up. Not impressed at all!!

This is by far the worst company. Fast sales pitch from a fresh off the press sales person on a scooter! Does not reveal all disclosures upfront; quarterly service on a monthly charge ( well above going price), cancelation fees & the half performed service that again is performed by fresh off the press techs with zero experience! After an attempt to cancel service, customer service had a sales pitch of their own 🤦‍♀️. I was informed that I would be contacted by the branch manager who was currently unavailable….no return call. DO NOT LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY, SCAM!

Recently a sales rep from Fox Pest Control came to my door, offering 50% off pest control services. When I told him no, he mentioned I’d get an addition $50 off if I left them a 5 star Google review. Offering customers discounts in exchange for a review is against Googles policy, and has been reported. This same sales rep claimed that Fox is a local pest control company, which I found misleading, at best. While they have a branch in Vermont, Fox Pest Control is part of a large franchise owned and operated by Rollins, a massive national pest control company, who also owns Orkin. It’s also worth noting that their so-called “local” door-to-door sales reps are from out of state, mostly from Utah, Fox’s home base, brought in temporarily for aggressive summer campaigns. Pretending to be a Vermont-based small business when you’re actually part of a national franchise doesn’t sit right with me. In addition, if you look closely at their Google reviews, you’ll notice that a large chunk of their 5-star reviews come from people in Utah, many of which appear to be from their own employees. This raises serious questions about the authenticity of those glowing reviews. Overall their pushy sales tactics, deceptions, and offering discounts for reviews feels very slimy. Vermont has plenty of truly local pest control companies who live and work in our community year-round and don’t rely on misleading sales tactics or padded reviews. I encourage anyone considering pest control services to dig a little deeper and support businesses that are genuinely rooted in Vermont.

I have not used this company, but like others have said, I had a young man on an electric scooter come up my long and private driveway and try to sell me services. I told him we were all set and that my husband handles pest control; he asked when my husband would be home and when he should come back, which made me uncomfortable. After I told him we were all set and went back in the house, I could see him still in my driveway, looking around at the outside of my house. I had to go back outside to tell him to leave. Beware this company uses overly pushy sales tactics and makes people feel uncomfortable in their own homes, on private property.

Never used their services and would not. A representative came to our door 4 times in one day, the last being at 8:45 PM. Take the hint that the door wasn’t answered the first 3 times. Then told me “Oh I just saw a different car here so I thought to try again.” Makes it feel like they are watching our house.

Showed up and knocked on my door after 8pm. Pushy tactics trying to schedule me before I even mentioned I wanted services. Very easy to tell the group rate and urgency was just a script, no authenticy. Won't be calling these guys when I do decide I want services

A young man came flying down our drive way on his scooter only to stop 3 inches away from our brand new car. We have more than enough room for your scooter to be parked else where. Common sense does not seem like it was used and will definitely not be using this company
