Signed a contract with these folks. Had a complex problem I realize but after initial visits just ghosted me. Made multiple promises to come do x y and z but didn't follow thru. Now the problem is much worse and he will not respond at all. Very confused by the good reviews.

Chris at Apex Pest Solutions is great. He has helped us with mosquitoes, ticks and pesky carpenter bees. Referred by a neighbor a few years ago, Chris has become our go to for any pest control needs. He is also able to trap if needed. I'm happy to say I can actually garden in peace now without mosquitos attacking me, and our pups don't have to deal with ticks in our back yard anymore. Thanks Chris!

This is the best thing I've done to secure my 5500 sq ft house/garage from wildlife. We did the initial installations they recommended three years ago, and they've been out monthly with their warranty plan, at minimal cost. Had a live scratching hissing animal stuck in our chimney space…Called everyone however, the only company able to respond to our Arlington home on same day was Apex. Joey came out and verified that we had a squirrel stuck in chimney! He was very knowledgeable and fair and my problem was quickly solved! Chris, owner of Apex Pest Solutions, is on his way to becoming one of the most conscientious and knowledgeable technicians in the area. I found that other brand-name companies were very quick to oversell themselves along with matching high fees. Chris has an opposite approach. What Chris offers is simple: he gets the job done carefully while explaining the pest's behavior--in my case, yellow jackets that had nested deep within my wood siding. And he does this at a very reasonable price. Six stars.

Chris presented himself very professionally. He went right to it and explained to me what the process would be. We reviewed all the pieces that needed to be taken care of. I highly recommend Chris and Apex! We had a wasp problem with nests in several spots. Chris was quick to get back to us. Even though he's pretty booked out, we were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. His service was great! In and out with the problem solved in about 40 minutes. And very fairly priced! Totally worth it. We'll be using his services from now on as needed. As I said, I highly recommend Chris and Apex.

This guy seemed okay, set traps then after a couple days said he scared away a nest of critters in my mom’s attic. She trusted him and immediately paid him. Later that night she heard noises because it turned out the nest was still up there. She called and left messages trying to get him to come back but this unbelievable jerk ghosted her. Cannot believe a local guy would do something so crappy. Ugh.

Confused and sadly fooled by the good reviews so posting this to try and save others. Chris set traps to capture an attic rodent and said he didn’t like heights so wouldn’t close up the soffit hole where the animal was getting inside. After several days with zero results and daily service charges adding up, found another trapper who got rid of the rodent in less than an hour, sealed up the hole, and explained why what Chris did was poor practice and unlikely to ever have worked. Expensive lesson learned, beware and good luck to all homeowners dealing with furry freeloaders.

Chris responded to our call for assistance with a skunk problem within an hour. He came highly recommended by not one, but two other local pest control services (who no longer handle wildlife problems) and we can see why. He is professional and knowledgeable. Traps and cameras were set and a pair of skunks were removed the following morning. Apex will be our “go to” for all our future pest control needs.
