They were great in scheduling a quick inspection for a Squirrel issue. Trina was very friendly and explained the details clearly. They knew exactly how to fix it. Great service.

We've had pest control services for several decades but we've never had a provider like Dan and Kevin from The Eliminator take care of our home. They are fantastic on all fronts - knowledgeable about every aspect of pest or rodent issues, Dan had custom fixes for entry areas into the house, and he made great recommendations on next steps and available services. We are staying with The Eliminator because Dan and Kevin are awesome.

TJ was very professional. I appreciated his expertise and various options for our issue. He allowed me to explain all of my concerns and thus I will most certainly be following up with the office to have him return to implement his suggestions. I can Highly recommend TJ.

I had them come and take their bait stations and cancelled services with the company. I was told someone would contact me regarding my poor experience and no one contacted me. I have had them servicing our property for 2 years. We had them perform the exclusion service which was expensive, completely ineffective and never followed up on appropriately. They continued to come for over a year after the exclusion service was performed to charge me 125 dollars to put down some glue traps and take away dead mice. I mentioned my frustration and it was never followed up on by the company.

Thank you for your extra effort today. I'm impressed that you entered through the hatch and were able to provide the full service. Sometimes if the door isn't pulled tightly shut it will not respond when you enter the code. Just giving the door a tight tug should solve the issue. Last month I found two mice on a sticky trap in the closet under the stair case. I hadn't been aware that a trap was there before, but I hope one was placed there again. Thank you.

they came on the wrong day and grazed two children with a mower it left marks on them. when I got home from work my 7 year old greated me at the car and told me she was hit by a lawn mower. mom and the neighbors confirmed this to me she's OK but if you ask me they shouldn't have been that close. getting that close to a group of children is crazy

I came here to warn people on the Eliminator's bad business practices. They have been taking advantage of older folks in our community including my mother. When I reached out and told them we didn't need their services anymore and not to trespassed on our property they continued to show up and plow... One swipe at the end of the driveway. They then instantly sent a bill for an absolutely ridiculous amount. Now I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at this business. They plow when there's no snow. They sand when there's no ice. Super shady company. Please beware and do not hire them!

Nevermind the never showing up because they are on contract and get paid either way, When they decide to show up they are the worst plow people i have seen in my 30+ years over northern vermont winters. I barley can turn around because they are apparently scared to push snow on the first plow so the rest of the season you slowly loose your driveway

We used this company’s service for lawn mowing and leaf cleanup. The crews do fine work BUT the office and management is awful to deal with. Over pricing and gouging. Refusal to respond to phone calls and emails. Very poor communication. Lack of follow through with requested price quotes. Lack of follow through with requests to let us know when they are planning to arrive at our home. Do not use this company. There are many other local options. We will be selecting another business to provide these services. West Burke resident.

First plow of the season, and I'm already screwed until June melting because of THEIR screw up! New driver was just going by the notes left by "Lisa" in the computer from last year, and couldn't make heads or tails of them! The driver left a huge pile of snow across the middle of one end of my driveways, blocking anyone from coming in or going out. Since he had already left before I saw it, I called to tell them and they sent someone out later the next day only to have him drive off of the driveway and get stuck in the mud... that was my lawn! And, judging by the tire tracks, NOT by accident. He intentionally drove off the driveway and then told them he got stuck in the driveway! Nope! I have plenty of pictures and video to prove that wrong! When I called the next day, they blamed me for having a "swamp" for a driveway and they'll have to figure out how to handle this (same driveway they've been plowing for 3 years!). Well, if they hadn't've left a 5 foot high pile of snow on a dirt driveway to melt in the sun when it was 39F it wouldn't have gotten muddy to begin with! Nevermind, he didn't get stuck in the driveway! I was told they were having a meeting with the president of the company and would call me back. I later thought of a solution and called again only to be greeted by a horrible "property manager" by the name of Celeste, answering the phone like a bulldog, yelling at me for being upset and that's why she HAD TO answer my call from caller ID, so her staff didn't have to. Then proceeded to tell me I was the one screaming. Then told me they have enough business and DON'T NEED THIS ACCOUNT, AND HUNG UP ON ME! I guess their contract means nothing! I tried calling back 3 times before the original girl answered the phone. She told me she never told Celeste I was upset! She was polite and I asked her to have Marcus, the owner, call me back to discuss this problem. She said she would. No one has bothered to contact me about correcting this HUGE blunder, and left me to handle it. Well, after many calls trying to find help, I've had several people try to guess who the nasty people are that did this to me, and they were all right on the first guess! Your reputation precedes you, ELIMINATOR! I have found another service. YOU'RE FIRED! Remove my credit card number from your files. You DO NOT have any further authorization to use it! Today is November 29,2023! You know who this is, Celeste!

Charge way to much. Other than that they are friendly.

Just learned that they drown animals like raccoons and do not advise their customers of their procedures. I could never support a business that engages in such cruel practices!
