Paul's Pest Control

Paul came out to our property ( two weeks later than scheduled) to spray for large ants in a shed of ours. When he arrived, he was rude. Did a quick spray, and left. The ants returned, (we kept the area very clean, and empty) within four days. We called Paul's answering service, he returned our call two evenings later, and rudely told us, that it's not his fault. Of course, he got his money and that is all that matters to him.

1. Calls to Paul go through an answering service, so he decides when and if he will call you back. 2. When he does schedule an appointment he fails to show up. 3. He is very rude and standoffish and seems to not like and shows open hostility to veterans. 4. Do not use this business the other negative reviews have it right.

Paul called back after I left a message, he came out as promised, and worked quickly to address three hornet nests. We will use Paul again in the future.

I called numerous times. I received calls back from an unavailable Number and the way my phone is set up my phone will not ring if you will not let yourself be known. If you were running a business you should be proud and put your name on your phone so that you may contact potential customers I would love to support my hometown but the answering service that he has is rude and told me that he will block his phone and therefore I am not worthy of his time very rude

We called on a Saturday and he called back within a half hour, and arrived that same day. Extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to educate us about the animals and our different options, helping us with an immediate solution plus guiding us in what to do long-term. We're grateful for his quick response and the extra time he took to help us. He also advised on us an unrelated pest control issue that we anticipate dealing with in the spring.

Paul came out the next day after my desperate plea for help with fleas. Not only did he do a thorough treatment, but he also sprayed around the perimeter of our house for spiders and bees. We found our next exterminator 😁

Called Paul's twice and then finally received a call back. Paul made an appointment with me and I waited three days for the service. He did not show up and he didn't bother to call. He wasted my time , he is not someone I would ever call again .

Quit without notice and offered no alternative. Unpleasant. Work acceptable. Would not use again.

Paul responded quickly to my inquiry regarding a possible infestation even though it did not require treatment. Greatly appreciate his responsiveness and honesty.
