April 2026 Update It is with some regret that I feel that I really need to update my review as I genuinely like Chris and have no issue with the work 'he' has done in the past. However, over time, more often than not they send out subcontractors that do not do as thorough work. Each treatment we've had that Chris himself has not come out on, a re-treatment has been required. Most recently we had a treatment and had to wait two weeks before rescheduling as to see if they solved the problem, and then another two weeks to get on the schedule. When Chris was out last year in July, we were added to the quarterly routine/schedule. At that time, I asked Chris to schedule me monthly or every other month, whatever it takes to control the insects. Consequently, we have had problems after both of the follow-on quarterly treatments. I have included some photos showing what we have had to deal with recently. DAILY I was having to clean spider webs off of my truck's driver side window and door; and I've suffered multiple spider bites that take quite some time to heal. Furthermore, most recently Chris would not personally return my call and Melissa could not get a technician here in less than two weeks for a follow up even after multiple phone calls where in I said two weeks id just not acceptable. We have discontinued their service and will change providers. Chris and Melissa are great... Chris does a great job getting rid of the spiders under the eaves, soffits, shrubbery and ceiling of the veranda that goes around three-quarters of our house...

Chris and his team were extremely helpful in taking care of our termite issues. They were quick to respond and were very affordable. Great service, you can trust!

Michael was awesome today. I wanted to find some help locally and luckily found moco. He went out of his way to find a solution. Super friendly I will call them should I need anything else in the future!! Fast friendly and affordable!!!

Chris arrived early for his appointment with a smile! He gave us the information requested re a problem in the attic. We will continue to use his service in the future.

This company has terrible service. A man came out to check for the best way to solve a rat problem that I have. He put 5 bait boxes out and promised that they would do the trick. That cost $200. He said he would come back in two weeks to check the boxes to see if they were working and to refill if needed. We set the appointment. He missed the appointment, no phone call. I called to reschedule. Same thing. I texted that the rats were only getting worse. They promised to come out and discuss another method. Not only did they not come, they did not call, text or ever get back to me. I was willing to pay more and to do whatever it took to get rid of these rats, but they ghosted me. The $200 was a waste of money. Now, I have an appointment with another company to come out. Two months have passed. I wish I had called someone else to begin with. I do not recommend MoCo Pest Control! I am not a Karen. I rarely post a review. They are that bad.

As always the pest control solution was applied in a very controlled and thorough way

FIVE STAR ⭐️ REVIEW!!! Chris came today and was absolutely thorough with his work! He took out kitchen drawers, checked all the areas around the kitchen sink, and treated the areas. I'm extremely happy with his work and am a customer for life!!! Thank you, Chris, for being thorough and professional!!!

The sparying certainly works. We only see a few dead bugs here and there, which is better than seeing live bugs. However, the technical didn't go around the outside of the house, remove the cobwebs, mud dauber nests, etc. I think that should be standard practice.

They showed up on time and did what they said they’d do! I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Explained everything, answered all my questions and did a thorough treatment. Price of services is good. Definitely will use them again.
