Terminix customer service is really poor whenever you try to schedule a service thet say they will check and call back and no one calls back each phone call takes 45 min with no results .I have now been requesting to speak to branch manager for Harlingen texas and he never calls back or returns phone calls have done multiple requests over last 6 weeks with no results . need Rodent extermination and the techs are not able to help each time I am dealing with a different tech and they dont seem to

I am at my wits end with this company. I sold my home in August and had it arranged for the services to be transferred over to the buyer. They signed a new contract and I thought I did everything I needed to in order to end my contract. I have continued to receive a bill every month and proceed to call EVERY MONTH to which I am told the error has been corrected and I will not owe anything or receive anything further. I have spoken to other departments, managers, etc. Guess what I just received?!

The people they send out are professional, no issues with them. However I needed to tent which they don’t offer. Tried to cancel after 2 appointments ( paid for year) , got the runaround because I had financed (paid them in full as well) and was told no refund as they’d been out twice, then I got billed for pest control which I did not agree to as an extra charge , thought it was included. Now I’m canceling because they have not been out to the last 3 appointments and I’m frustrated about the ex
