Very in depth, very informative. Went above and beyond on the inspection for our future home. Would highly recommend to anyone. The whole staff were very professional, my fiancé met with the inspector at the home for an in person report. I believe he said the inspector‘s name was Mike and my fiancé said he was very intuitive answered any questions my fiancé had and communicated clearly with us all options and recommendations for repairs/concerns. Price was amongst the best especially considering
Tom provided service to attic area above the garage and above the first floor bedroom areas. He went into the attic above the second floor rooms. The sheetrock next to the access hatch in the closet was torn and hinged when his foot slipped off the support framing. I taped the hinged sheetrock so that the hatch could be supported in its normal position. A photo is attached. Tom M was very professional.

This is the third time I have used this company and they are amazing with their communication. Mike was my inspector this time and he was very kind and explained things so I wasn’t overwhelmed when I read the report. They always take time to make sure all questions are answered and you are happy with their service. Highly recommend!
Jay was prompt, professional and thorough in both his work and in explaining the process. He even provided pointers on how to avoid a future cockroach infestation, which was a massive infestation in this case. Jay knows bugs, and more importantly, how to kill those bugs. 10/10 would call back for future bug killing needs.

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly examine and explain what the problems were with the home and why. I will use him again, as his inspection led us to terminate the home purchase based on what he found that could have cost thousands of dollars and time in repairs.
I had an incredible experience with Orkin. From the moment he walked in. I would like to personally give a shout out to Tom for his expertise and attention to detail. I look forward to doing business with this company again. Hopefully Tom comes out again.
