Total Service Pest Control

I bought a Groupon for Total Service Pest Control. I have not been able to schedule for services. When I call, the line is disconnected after 4 or 5 rings. I bought Groupon based on reviews. Lesson learned... never again!

I highly recommend Total Service Pest Control. When my elderly mother was stung by bees in her backyard, which resulted in a terrible allergic reaction, we knew we needed help. We called to schedule and they were at the house in less than 24 hrs. Richard and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and beyond kind. They explained the entire process so that we had a full understanding as to what to expect and their professionalism is unmatched. We are truly grateful for all of their help. If you have any pest control needs look no further, these are the people you need to call.

I was supposed to have a service scheduled in January. I got a voicemail for the appointment but no one showed up and I got no call. I logged onto the website to find contact information to get scheduled and saw that all my services from Coleman had been changed to have been done by William. My 5 star review in which I clearly stated Coleman did a good job had Coleman's picture replaced with William's. I was able to get ahold of the company and was able to get scheduled. I was given a call today and was informed that Coleman Sparks had quit his job with Total Service Pest Control due to not answering any calls or text messages for the past 3 weeks. I was told that due to Coleman quitting is why I didn't get my service in January done or recheduled. I was told that Coleman would tell me that he was fired but that wasn't the case. Thing is, according to twc.texas.gov if you quit a job you cannot file for unemployment. This pic clearly shows Coleman has to start applying for jobs on Jan 17th which is clearly further in the past than the "3 weeks without hearing from him". In case you were wondering what happened to Coleman, the company is going about smearing Coleman's reputation now that he is not with the company. I have known Coleman for 4 years and there has never once been a time where he said or did anything that brought into question the integrity he has. For a veteran owned company I would think you'd have more respect for other veterans employees you boot out the door, not trash talk them to your current customers. They are trying to purge Coleman from existing in the company by removing review pages from homeadvisor, your Total Pest Control customer page, and who knows, facebook posts naming Coleman might be the next to go.

A recent invasion of scorpions led us to Total Service Pest Control. Everyone was professional and friendly. Much to my surprise, we were scheduled next day! Pricing is amazing with the option to have maintenance with no contract. We noticed immediate results. I strongly recommend Total Service Pest Control.
