Mr. Preston's pest control service is the BEST experience I've had with controlling pesky bugs, spiders, etc. None of them survive after he's unleashed his chemical prowess! There's no lingering smell, nor residue. He is thorough and swift in his process. He was recommended to me, and now I'm recommending to others. You'll be glad that you did!

Alan came out first time promptly and treated for general bugs. I asked him about bait stations because I’ve had them in the past and he said that I didn’t need them. About a month later, I could hear rodents in the attic. I called the company and they sent another man out who put Poison out in the attic and nine bait stations around the house. Now all of a sudden I need bait stations. Two weeks later, and I can still hear the rodents in the attic several calls to the company and all I get is voicemail and no response. In response to the companies answer to my review. A five star company would be on the phone to me immediately. Not asking me to call them, especially since my complaint was that they never answered the phone. I find this response very lacking in customer service.

This is the best pest control I’ve ever received. He has been out 3 or 4 times now and is always extremely friendly, funny, efficient and sprays every square inch of your home. Last year when we moved in we were finding roaches every few days, now we go months and only find them dead or close to dying when we do see them.
