Didn't apply the product correctly. Why are we putting a repellent on ants??. And didn't even treat the active ant mound I mentioned multiple times. This is pesticide on my front steps leading into my apartment unit. Edit, this is the footage I caught on camera.

This is a very high turnover company. Sam and Scott are the managers they always tell us to up sale to the customers even if it doesn’t need be treated so they can make money. However they do not do the full treatment.

This company came into my home with no notice and now my cash savings are gone. They also left my back door unlocked. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from this scam company.

* ATTENTION!!!!!* THINK OF YOUR FAMILY…THINK OF YOU’RE RESIDENTS!!! BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM!!! I live at Lavitta Apartment #282 (Dallas) I discovered bed bugs! I was with the property manager Dec. 7,2024 when we called them! They confirmed that they would be here today Dec. 9th between 9 am to 12pm…..they did not show!! They did not call!! They did not email!! After spending the weekend…spending lots of money and time following their bed bugs check list!!! Just to find out… Not only are they not coming out….but they are come out the Dec. 11 between 9am and 12pm!!!! They even went out of their way to blame Sam!! The property manager Saying he did not confirm The appointment ….only one problem…. I was there when he called and got the confirmation from Brianna on speaker phone!!!! I will be following up this review with the invoice number!! If you are the Manager or owner reading this. Please act accordingly….this in unacceptable business practice. Thank you and have a great rest of your day. Now….. We wait…..with bedbugs!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company was supposed to leave an advance notice to enter a week before serving my apartment, they did not. The technician let himself into my apartment before I even had a chance to answer the door. He scared me so much I no longer feel safe in my own home. This company then refused to acknowledge the fact that their company failed to give advance notice and blamed the apartment complex even though she said it was their responsibility to post advance notice to enter. I will be filling complaint with BBB and anyone else I can think of. DON'T USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The apartments I live at (The Hudson Apartments in Arlington) use this trash company. This guy came to supposedly spray for roaches. I watched him on my doorbell camera as he entered my apartment and less than two minutes later leaves leaving a note stating that he treated. First of all we wasn’t given any notice as to when they would be at our place. I told the management to let us know and let us know what we needed to do as far as prep goes and heard nothing from anyone. Because we didn’t hear from anyone , we went on with our normal routine and was at work. 2nd we have a small dog in the apartment as my wife’s companion pet. Had we known when someone was going to arrive, we would have made arrangements to have him out of the home. You should not treat any place if there is pets in the area, especially a confined area. I was a licensed professional pest control technician and was the head trainer for the company I worked for. There is no way this guy came in and treated a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in less than two minutes. If you don’t want to do your job, find something else. If I was this guys manager he would be fired immediately. I always told my guys, there’s always somebody watching so make sure you do your job and do it right! Have some integrity! I will also be filing a complaint with my apartment management and showing them the recordings we have of this guy entering and leaving so quick. We pay for a service, we expect to get it!!! If you’re looking for a good pest control company do not use this one. Maybe call Saela Pest Control.

The BedFord Oaks Apartments in Bedford a contract with them which has turned out to be quite disappointing. Despite my complaints, they keep denying the existence of any issues. I even tried putting sticky roach traps out before their next visit, but they reported to the front office that they didn't find anything. In addition to this, I had a medication bottle stolen and I was forced to install a camera inside my apartment as a precautionary measure because of their untrustworthiness. So, I strongly advise against using this company.

Listen to all the other 1 star reviews about this company! This company is horrible, I requested for a bed bug treatment about a month ago and never heard back. I go to my apartment complex's office to ask for updates and they told me the company stopped by my apartment, saw my apartment wasn't ready for preparation and LEFT. NO NOTE or anything. Highly unprofessional of them. On top of that, I was supposed to receive a paper to sign and prepare for treatment. Never received anything like that. I requested for treatment AGAIN and they told me I was scheduled for next week on a Friday. Friday comes and NOTHING. They did not come by and I already followed the procedures with packing everything that I needed to. This company is so bad and will WASTE your time. Do not PAY for a company that won't actually do it's job.

We requested pest control through our high-end apartment for a simple spray. We were told that they would arrive between 1-2pm and that we had to vacate our apartment (including pets) for a minimum of 2 hours after they entered to spray. By 4pm we had not seen the pest control tech and decided to call our complex to check-in. They confirmed that we were on the list and that we did not have to be there to let them in. We decided to take our pets and go for 2+ hours assuming they would complete the service by then. We came home after 6pm and there was no sign of anyone having been there. There was no note, no spray, and no bait placed anywhere in our apartment. We pay monthly for this service and it was inconvenient to take an entire day off work and to transport our animals only to have no way of knowing that someone came by to spray. And based on the other reviews, I hope that our apartment will reconsider using this company.

I've lived in my apartment for 2 years and never had a problem with roaches until I let them come spray in February 2022 because my complex sent an email around about pest control is coming and to sign up. A new management company took over. I never had a problem, so why not a little extra damage control....Now I have them. They have come back in May and July leaving notes saying give it 2 to 4 weeks. Everytime they come, they get worse. I spoke to my management about it last week and told them to do something different, but DO NOT SEND them back. I even called the corporate office of my complex. Unfortunately, I get home and found out the same company has come back. They said not to use any sprays in the note....I will see if that works this time...Either way it goes, I will leave an update whether it works or not this time.
