Be aware! This company did not honor its contract! I had quarterly treatments and was experiencing pest in between visits. The contract states they will return without cost to the customer if pest return before the next scheduled visit. I called but salesman refused to return. He actually stated to me that I was the only customer that had a problem and needed to be reserviced.

Mark and Bill have been taking care of our home for over 13 years and I cannot say enough about the level of service they provide. Very professional, courteous, excellent quality of workmanship and good pricing. Would highly recommend them to any new customer.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years of business. I don't know what type of fake chemicals they are spraying, bc I called them on march 23rd to spray my office, the next week I still saw roaches. I complained for 6 straight weeks and he sent someone out 4 times and still after all this time I saw 4 roaches in my office this morning. I am beyond furious with the service Ive received from this trash of a company. They need to change the sprays they are using because THEY DONT WORK! 6 weeks, and 4 sprays later I AM still seeing roaches, and the owner has the nerve of saying he's only giving me 1/2 a refund. Why should I pay the other half when your product NEVER WORKED! Im in the customer service industry and this is NOT how u treat customers. I deserve a full refund as I now have to hire another company to redo the job this useless company never completed.

I love working with this company. They do an awesome job. Ever since I hired them I haven't seen another mouse in my house. They keep the bugs under control very well. I have also used them for termite treatment and to get rid of a nest of southern yellow jackets. I would recommend Paul and his crew to anyone.
