Dennis is completely professional, honest, reasonably-priced, and friendly. He has done a great job for us several years in a row and we only want him in the future. He sprayed all around the house, both sheds, and advised us on our many questions. There are no contracts like the big businesses!

I was recently fighting a wasp war at my home. I tried calling a couple referrals from locals but no answer. I research a company by myself and noticed that this company had excellent reviews. So I called and spoke with Dennis. He was very respectful, very knowledgeable, and informed me of all details and scheduled a visit. I was having a real problem and he was the only one who took time to help me. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion, also NO CONTRACTS which I absolutely love. He assured to call him if I didnt see a difference, however, I begin seeing a difference immediately and its been a few days and we are WASP FREE. I asked them if they could stop by and take care of ours and they were happy to stay late and help us out though we were not a client. I would highly recommend this family owned business. Y’all. If you’ve been trying to find a service that’s local and small business. Use this one! They are absolutely amazing and even went out of their way to do an extra service for me just because. Super nice and respectful. Fast booking time and fair prices. Way more thorough than Purple care. I am very very pleased. I hope I never need them again (and by the results so far, I don’t think I will) but if I do… I have their number saved. Great Guy! Great customer service.

I was really looking forward to using this service, yet I cannot get either employee to call me back. I originally called in the middle of April (15th) and spoke to Dennis, I liked everything that he described that is included in the service. He sent my info to the office/planner and she both called and texted me to confirm 9am on April 25. The night before she texted if they could come out at 8am instead, which I agreed to before it stormed extremely heavily that night and my 4 month old didn’t sleep. This means that I slept past my alarm and Dennis’s text at 7:48am. I called and then texted at 8:35am about what happened, receiving no response. On May 9th I called and texted the office planner in attempt to get back on the schedule. I did not get a call back or a text. The most recent call was late last week - I called twice and left a voice message with my address, phone number, and name. For some reason they will not call me back after three attempts. I have never had the pleasure of receiving the pest control side of this service from this business, only the peculiar and unresponsive customer service. I just don’t understand.... I really wanted to go with this business but I will have to do business with someone else.
