Stuart's Pest Control

We've been using Stuart's Pest Control for over 5 years, maybe longer, with the last 2.5 years at our current residence in Missouri City. I can't say enough positive things about Stuart's - their fair pricing, friendly office staff who always contact us to schedule our next quarterly service, but mainly for Service Technician, Mario. Mario is the routine technician who services our home each quarter. Mario is professional, prompt, communicative and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with our 2 dogs and their dynamics to be separated inside our home paying careful attention to dog gates. This is a big deal for us! Not all service providers have the same care and understanding of our requests. We are grateful Mario continues to be our dedicated technician and thank him for his great work!

We used Stuart's Pest Control for my personal home and for our office building. Mr. Stuart is very knowledgable about all things pest and vermin and we would highly recommend their services.

Overhyped and inefective. Get a solid insecticide from Home Depot, 1/10th of the price and actually works.

I have been using Stuart’s for around 10 years now give or take. Maybe more. I was referred to them by my neighbor Diane who had also used them for many years. She always spoke highly of them. At first I would spray for ants, etc…myself. But then one year one of the neighbors that was renting had an issue with roaches so at that point we started using Stuart’s on a regular scheduled basis and have not had any issues. We had Russell for years and he was great and now we have Gerardo and he is just as amazing. Personable, lets me know if there is an entry point to make sure no animals get in and always listens to me and answers my questions. A pipe broke and flooded my home in November of 2023 so we were out of the house for the remodel in 2024. But once we moved back in they were the first ones we called. And now that we have finally moved in we will keep them on a regular schedule. Have had no roaches, ants, rats, mice and plan to keep it that way. I highly recommend Stuart’s. The customer service is fabulous, and they have been keeping unwelcome guests out of my home for at least 10 years! Thank you Stuart’s, Gerardo and all the employees! You guys are the best!

Have been using Stuart Pest Control Service close to 40 years. Have never had a complaint until now. Whenever we've had a problem before a scheduled service, they would come out for a redo at no extra charge. Last month due to heavy rain, the outside service was pushed back. With the rain continuing, we are having large tree roaches making it into the house within the month. I called and was told we'd have to pay the quarterly service price again. I'm truly disappointed with this response. Being retired and on a fixed income, we cannot easily handle unexpected expenses. We'll have to deal with this problem until our next scheduled service. This had never previously been the case 😕

Excellent customer service! We were squeezed into the schedule the same day I called for no additional fee and for a reasonable price. The technician Mario was able to swing by earlier than expected (after calling first to confirm), was very knowledgeable, very considerate, and quickly addressed the identified issues. Should there be a next time I know who I will call!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. My In-laws have used them for years, and naturally my wife and I followed suit, and for good reason. EVERY technician that has come out for our routine service has been friendly, professional, and thorough and because of it we continue and will continue to come back. From mice, to bugs, both interior and exterior, they've been a sound service for pest maintenance and protection. 10/10

They did a phenomenal job at God's lovely butterflies by helping decrease the pests that were there. It's remarkable to live in a home again that is more clean due to their assistance of not worrying about bugs anymore. Thank you so much for your help! God bless your company and staff.

Stuart's is the most reasonably priced pest control company in Houston and their customer service is beyond top notch! 10/10. My family has used them for over 20 years.

Whoever the manager is has poor communication skill, poor professional management. I don’t know who appointed him but the girl that usually picks the call should be his manager. She sounded more professional. Do not book your service with this company.

Wow. Been using Stuart's since 2016 when moved into my house. The guys that come out are great - all three in last 7 years. Over last 6 weeks, an issue required my wife to call in - the "manager" with whom she spoke could not be more dismissive and downright rude! Intolerable. Will go elsewhere after 7 years. IF you're ok with this kind of treatment, Stuart's is for you.

Would never recommend this company. They come for treatment but seem to only spray water. Roaches kept coming back even after recurring visits. They don’t back up their own work. The manager that I spoke to was rude and has a lack of value for their customers.

They have unsafe and dangerous drivers. Don't know how to use turn signals and come close to causing accidents

If you want to donate money to a company w horrible customer service that will never get back to you and does a bad service job go ahead. They are nice at first but once you pay they will ignore your phone calls and won’t do a professional job. I would avoid this place.

Extremely disappointed with Stuart’s Pest Control service for fleas. Was told at outset that it should be effective for at least a month. She said if problem persisted that they would re-treat and to give it a little time. Expected much better service. Have had problems for past week. Called them today (2 wks after treatment) to let them know that infestation was not resolved. They said they would come back for another fee (almost as much) Ridiculous!! Would NEVER use them again nor can we recommend this pest control service to anyone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had Stuarts come out for a flea treatment, the man came to the home with 1 can and stated the can was the flea treatment. He ran out of the can for the flea treatment and did not have anymore so he went back to his truck to mix more chemicals he had in his truck. These chemicals are NOT the intended flea treatment! The fleas did not go away the 1st,2nd, 3rd, 4th days....... Dont use this company, they are just mixing chemicals HOPING to kill the pests.

This guys were good the first time they came out to my home and the second time they sprayed all over the place (where it didn't need to go like in top of our ice chest). We had a party the night before the ice chest was full of drinks and after the exterminator left we notice he spayed all over the ice chest. Really could he not avoided it? All those drinks went to waist. We call Stuart and he stated oh they should be ok to drink with the chemicals on them. We were like you wouldn't give those drinks to your children right? He was like no then don't expect us to do the same.

Common courtesy is not so common with the employees of this company. Today I was witness to what can only be described as an embarassment for the company. An employee of Stuart's was visiting a fast food establishment when he became inconsolably irate when his order was not ready the instant he ordered. The bald mans head became red and he expressed himself in an incredibly unprofessional manner by shouting at the employees of the restraunt. If his public tantrum, which was utterly uncalled for, is any indication of the acceptable behavior of this company, I would advise all potential clients to seek alternatives.
