Thomas and his company are the best. He always answers my questions, explains things to me well, addresses any concerns I have, and does an all around great job. He performed pest service at my home starting nearly 20 years ago, and then I was out of the area for a number of years. When I returned, I was able to track him down (he had started his own company in the intervening years), and I am so glad I found him. He's professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, punctual, trustworthy, and just plain good people.
