We live in area with a green area behind our home. For a period of time, I was always catching mice on glue traps in our garage and rats outside the house with traps. I never thought about rodent proofing out home until I talked with our son who lives in Flower Mound about his rat and mouse problems that he had experienced in his attic. The rodents did significant damage in his attic space resulting in a serious financial problem repairing the damage. He has since had his home rodent proofed. He advised me to get it done before I the rodents could do any damage to our home. Sp, I took his advise and had the Aviva team of professionals inspect our attic and home for rodent damage. Thankfully, although there were signs of rodents presence in the attics, we had no damage. So, we had the Aviva team do a complete rodent proofing of not only our brick weep holes, but, any possible access points in our roof. The Aviva did an outstanding job to our home at a really reasonable price…a tremendous amount less than it would cost to repair any rodent damage. Again, the Aviva Team are professionals who will help you take care of your home and we highly recommend them to help you also.
