Overall their service was pretty good, but I was disappointed that no one responded to 2 phone calls that an opossum had been trapped. Sadly, after 4 days, the animal died in the trap before it was picked up.

Driver on I35 driving super aggressive and dangerous. In company truck. Trapped is in a lane earlier then ride our tail. Not ok on the road.

The most disruptive thing to have ever taken place in my neighborhood. Woke to my entire house, bed, and body vibrating, and asking "what the hell is that?". Kind of freaked out I quickly got up to find what I assumed could only be a military tank or something in my driveway, or maybe a super-sized backhoe next door. I checked the windows. The actual culprit? Some sort of industrial monstrosity of equipment in the bed of a "Mayday pest solutions" truck, with zero sound mitigation. It was at the house of a neighbor a couple houses down. Maybe this equipment could be appropriate for a rural area, or a warehouse district, but it does not belong on my street. Go away and do not come back.

How do we feel about mayday charging $200 to spray for roaches in a 400 square foot apartment? I feel pretty bad about it considering they were on location for a total of 10 minutes. Please save yourself some money and go elsewhere because guess what…I still have a bug problem!! 🥳

Service is awesome never had a problem with bugs and Tim is very willing to help if you do have problems but the receptionists on staff are awful!! So disorganized and very unreliable. I stopped getting services from the company because we had too many incidents with incorrect appointments and payment issues. Just frustrating...

The owner and his nephew are very friendly, but very disorganized. We scheduled an appointment for one day and I waited all afternoon and he never showed.I called several times and finally reached him only to find out he scheduled me for a different day than what we had agreed on. A few days after they came and sprayed the insecticide, we started having more bugs in the house than what we began with. And no, they aren't dead bugs. They are alive, click beetles, roaches and spiders. I called and emailed them to ask why the insecticide didn't kill these insects and I never got a reply. Although they were friendly, I will never use them again. I only paid $40 because Amazon had a voucher. I guess you get what you pay for!
