This company is awesome. Very responsive, provides helpful information/suggestions based on pest/termite treatment options, and is timely with service. Beverly is GREAT and always a pleasure to work with.

Very poor and unprofessional service and I couldn't believe it when Jeremy said he is done but left so many spot to spray and check. I just know not use their service again.

Update: The company has completed the german roach treatment. And the owner has resolved my original issue. Roaches are 99% gone now!

I wanted to use a local business so I called them and reached someone right away. It was easy to schedule and they came out quickly and on time. Very knowledgeable technician. So far the treatment appears to be working.

They said if they didn’t clear up within 30 days they would come back and do it again. I’ve been contacting them and sending picture of the roaches that pile up exactly where I told the man that came out. They are worse now then before. Paid $200 for a 10 minute job because that’s how long he was at my house. And I’m sure outside wasn’t sprayed either. I did everything on the list that I was told to do and I feel like they didn’t even spray anything. Very disappointed.

I used Pest Management of TX for over a year. I called for a respray due to seeing some spiders before they were due to come out for our quarterly spray. The tech that came out ended up spraying our whole house & changing for our annual spray that wasn’t due for another month+ I planned on redoing our annual contract so didn’t fuss too much about it. We ended up putting our house on the market for personal reasons & we are moving back to our home state. I called to cancel our contract & was told we weren’t even due for it yet so not sure why I’m paid in advance I said yes but fine the paper work where I payed in advance due to your techs mess up. They looked everything over & agreed to refund me. Crystal called & let me know she has to get it approved thru her boss. She ended up following up with me & they took out roughly $100 of my refund because they sprayed the house in advance BECAUSE OF THEIR MESS UP! I’m just annoyed at the whole situation & I think they should have spoke with me before doing the refund on the amount. They messed the whole situation up & I should have been refunded my full amount. You don’t charge people in advance & even with the original payment I was supposed to have 3 payments taken out & they messed up & took it all at once. I’m glad we’re moving & wont have to deal with them anymore because this has just burned me, even if it is a “small” thing. They messed it up altogether & should have taken care of the customer.

We’ve used Pest Management for many years. They’re one of the only companies who will service the entire yard along with the perimeter and inside. Their prices are outstanding. Between quarterly services they will come out and treat other issues, when needed. Very professional on the phone along with professional technicians.

I used Pest Management for a year, but only because I had already paid for the full year up front. The first service, I had to REMIND the guy to go into my attic and my garage like they said they would do when I first called for service. Then, they only treat your yard up to 10 feet from your house. If you want your full yard treated, that's additional $$. I didn't know that when I first signed up for service. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes on the first visit, and less than 5 minutes on the last 3 quarterly visits. I had to call them to schedule my third quarterly treatment because they just "forgot" to call me and schedule it, which meant I had to wait quite a while before they came out. They aren't the most expensive out there but for the money I paid, I should have had much better service. They had to come out and retreat a few times. Before you hire these guys, do your homework and call around. I found a MUCH better company for this year, and I paid less.

A reliable, knowledgeable pest control company that has served our house for many years now. When we were looking for a pest control company at our businesses about 3 years ago I contacted them to see if they did Commercial work and they do. Since then they have proven time-and-time again to be more than just a service provider but a true business partner helping us find just the right solution for our businesses at the right price.

I called to schedule an appointment for ants. Told the gentleman we had what I called sugar ants and he said they were called pharoah ants but are the same thing. I was told it would be $90.00 dollars so I scheduled for them to come out. They came out 5 days later and told me it was $193.44 to spray for pharoah ants (sugar ants). I told the guy Chris I was told 90 and he informed me the guy who answers the phone doesn't know what he's talking about. Very unprofessional in my opinion and a waste of time. You can't tell someone one thing then get to their home and change it and still expect their business. Just be honest from the get go, honesty goes a long way!!!!! By the way we are new to the area (just bought a home) and have always been big supporters of using companies in our local town versus big businesses out of dallas. Being a local business I would think you would want to keep a good reputation, I hope from now on you will be honest with your future customers.
