Ian has always been amazing! He's efficient, friendly & prompt. We never have any issues requiring a callback, so we know he's doing a great job. I also love how sweet he is with our psycho Yorkies!

Your service representative “Ian”came to my partner Judy Rayburn’s home on 2/5/26. He arrived at the exact appointed time and proceeded to do his job in an efficient manner. He was very courteous and very polite and helpful in letting us know what he was doing and why. He also took the time to answer our questions about other services that your company provides.

Our exterminator Ian , was and is the friendliest , kindest , most professional personnel we have met. Upon arrival he introduces himself with such cheerfulness; he explains what he will be doing and how long it will take. He is such a joy to welcome to our home . The very next day while outdoors , we were able to enjoy our yard free of mosquitos , along with no visibility of any other pestilence. Thank you so much for your service!

Dowell has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are always quick and easy to schedule with, very flexible with times and always very nice and courteous. I’m unsure how they have such good reviews. They have sprayed at my house 3 times in two months and i haven’t seen one dead roach. Got tired of seeing huge roaches greeting us outside, so my husband sprayed outside with a $14 pesticide from Walmart! There were 6 dead roaches the very next morning!!! Customer service is great but their spray is like sugar water. Won’t be using them again
