JDL Pest Control is a family owned business. Their expertise flows through the generations. José's daughter Emma is a tremendous professional who pays attention to every detail. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, gives great recommendations and works with you (even when on a budget). Most people would be surprised to see an on hands female technician, as it's a male dominated field. But I must say, I'm glad Emma serviced my home. SHE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND. She is top notch in her field and brings a new point of view to the work. Pest control is not anything any of us look forward to. But with JDL they handle you with care. They remember the unique characteristics of your home and grounds. I feel very secure knowing my property is in Emma and Jose's capable hands. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

I had them come handle a termite problem and they did a great job. They were very helpful and answered all my questions and showed up very quickly. I have absolutely no complaints and I’ll definitely be relying on them again if I need any pest control. Jose did an amazing job! We were getting bit-up by chiggers and mosquitoes in our yard, and even our dogs were! We immediately saw a difference within a few hours of him being here. We had several wasp nests around our doors and he took care of those for us, too. Very professional, very nice, and and will get the job done!!

I have known Jose, and used JDL Pest Control for years ... and consider Jose a good friend. JDL is a great combination of quality, value, and excellent customer service. I also love that I can add mosquito control to my pest service during the same appointment. Jose is professional, and ... at the same time ... very personable. Couldn’t be happier with the service José has provided. We called him and he came out very quickly. We had many critters coming into the house since there’s a creek and many trees around our property. Once Jose finished we didn’t see any bugs for quite some time. He’s very thorough and even followed up a few days after to ensure everything was going well. Needless to say, my family and I are very happy!!

I hired Jose for a rodent(Norway rats) issue in my home. The first time he came out quickly. However, the follow up has been extremely poor. He put down bait and sticky traps and came back 3 days later to check on things. He checked the lower exterior of the home and found one entry point and sealed it. After the issues continued, I contacted him again and he came out a couple of days later. He checked the exterior again and found two more entry points. He never checked the interior or did a full inspection of my home. I requested he check my attic in the garage the first time time and he assured me they were connected. Third time he came he checked it n found a bag of bird seed left by the previous tenant and seVeral rat droppings. He did not clean up any rodent dropping or urine and I contacted him to ask If he would be returning at all because I constantly Sent photos of rats and dropping showing the issue not being resolved. He told me he would Let me know when he would be coming back but I never heard from him. He stated he would bring more traps And bait and I explained that this would not solve the problem if the home had more entry points. His reply was "not necessarily". Also, he has put several things of bait in my home which has resulted in a dead rat iN my sofa and around my home. He informed me that If A rat dies and starts to smell he would not be able to help me find it because he does not do that. I ended up having another company do an inspection and within 30 minutes they were able to locate several entry points on the outside of my home and several on the inside. They also located the rat den. I sent photos of this and he asked if I wanted him to patch the holes, even though this was supposed to be part of his services. DO NOT HIRE FOR RODENT ISSUES you will waste your money and end up hiring someone else. I hired him on 1/10 it is 1/26 and we are still dealing with this issue. I feel as though I was taken advantage of in my moment of desperation. I will be filing a formal complaint and going through every measure to get my money back and make sure no one else has this same poor experience
