We recently used The Bug Out Pest Control for an ant issue in our home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Tommy came out first to assess the situation and was very thorough. Adolfo, our technician, was professional, informative, and made the whole process go smoothly. Scheduling was also a breeze thanks to Carmen, who was friendly and efficient. Overall, everything from start to finish was excellent, and we look forward to continuing to use their services moving forward. Highly recommend!

I witnessed a vehicle belonging to this company being driven recklessly and showing no regard for safety. If this is how their employees behave on the road, I would seriously question their professionalism and attention to responsibility in the workplace. Extremely disappointed and concerned.

Since this last time the bugs got worse and we called back but nothing has been done. I'm thinking of going with another company. I was so happy at first but since this last visit I feel like nothing was done for the money I paid.

I have used BugOff for many years and always had excellent service when Richard, the technician, was the pest control agent. Since his retirement and a new person doing the service, I have had nothing but problems for the past 7 months. We have roaches in places they have never been before ( inside the dresser, for example and other odd places). He 'sprays' the inside and outside but yet there are hundreds of roaches. He has even said roaches do not climb "up" which is bogus since 1) I kill them on walls or the ceiling 2) my dining room table and chairs had to be flipped over and sprayed heavily with Raid and hundreds of roaches came out 3) roaches are climbing onto my cabinets. One month, Alone he was here four times and I ask someone else do the service. All the receptionist could offer was the owner's son coming out...with the service tech. Even after this visit I still have roaches. I'm changing my pest control provider as a result of poor service. If I could rate this company any lower, I would because they DO NOT deserve a one star rating.

Very friendly employee over the phone & was nice when I kept calling back for more answers to my questions. The technician that came to my house for the initial start up was also amiable. He gave me some advice concerning problematic areas outside my home. Everything went by smooth.

I have used Bug Off for my pest control service for my residence for 7 years and have been very pleased. However, for my last appointment, the technician was 45 minutes late and for the prior quarterly service, I waited 2 hours. The technician did not show up and I had to call to cancel my 9 am appointment and reschedule. It appears too many service appointments are being scheduled in various locations through the Valley from Brownsville to Weslaco — without concern to travel time for technicians to show up on time.
