The company seems to have no regard as far as shipping is concerned. I decided to go with them because they had the most economically priced products but sometimes you’re gonna have to pay a little bit more to get better quality customer service and to actually receive the products you ordered. I ordered 20 gallons via Amazon. The product itself appears to work well and delivery was timely. However, I'm having serious issues with fulfillment and returns: I only received 19 of the 20 gallons because one box arrived damaged and was replaced with a box containing 3 gallons instead of 4. I provided photographic evidence (including the different-colored replacement box) but have not been refunded for the missing gallon. I returned 5 unused gallons at my own expense ($117 in USPS shipping
