Nick contact me to start up an ongoing quarterly Pest Control service for his home and property. Treated today, and we have not even met face-to-face. All conversations to get him the best service I could, was done over the phone and by text. Nick definitely sounds like a wonderful guy, that you could talk to about anything, he has a very positive attitude which is very refreshing in today's times. I mentioned to him from this day forward do not go purchase any pest products just give me a call and I will respond within 24 hours in between quarterly services are no charge. Randy called me one day, and told me he was in need of termite protection for his home and large shop in the backyard. I am 63 at this time, and enjoyed the younger years of knowing Randy from school, and worked together. He is what I call a Gentle Soul. He has went through more hell and back than most of us will ever experienced. But being a child of Christ, he has always kept a positive outlook, and very optimistic.He has experienced ,and recognizes the mighty miracles ,that our savior cast down daily. If the opportunity arises, I love to have a little fellowship with each and every one of my customers, if time will allow. Not looking where I may be going next but focusing on where I am in the moment. And today was one of those day's. Randy and his wife welcomed me in their home, with laughter and Great conversations, fellowship and more.I love to come home and tell my wife I got to have a little church today with some customers. The Laham's are believers in Christ, and they know this Earth is only a temporary dwelling, and they ,as I , take comfort that we are ready when our time comes to be with our heavenly father. I can't thank him enough for the five star review, and the kind words spoken. To the Laham family........... 👍👍🙏🏻✝️

In my 25 plus years of servicing Pest and Termite Control, there have always been a call, that needs immediate attention. This was the case for Mr & Mrs Plasity. They live approximately 2 hours from this location here in Paris, of a home that they were needing to close on. The next day ; But the new owners were demanding a Termite, and proof of treatment before they would close. In times like these, I never have wanted to be the guy that would hold anybody up from any type of progress moving forward. There was great communication between the two of us to get this taken care of, so they could show an invoice of treatment and complete payment. For their closing. I thank them for their review ,but mostly I'm thankful for the relationship. Even though it was by text and phone; the the full process of this situation went very smoothly. And I have. The Plasity's to thank for that.Their communication, professionalism. and being. Very understanding. And thankful. Of the comfort that they could go forward in their lives. I do wish them all the best wishes in the upcoming future. <br> It is important to me. And my company.
