One Stop Termite and Pest Control

We have used One Stop Pest Control before. This time a guy named, Audie, came out to spray our home for bugs. He has been the best technician we have ever been sent. He was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable regarding our problem. We will definitely request him anytime we need these services. Thank you, Audie, for a job well done.

We have been so happy for along time with One Stop Pest Control. This last Experience with Audie was the best one yet. He is so sweet and smart and went over what was needed . We are so happy.

Our family has been using One Step Pest Control for probably a dozen years. Always a friendly technician when they come on site, informative and regardless of the tier of service you have selected for that day always happy to help with questions or advice with any problems we are having with bugs. Today Jamie came out from One Stop, he was super helpful, great with our dogs, easily moving them inside and outside as he took care of the service. It's redundant to say that we'll call them again but the service is strong enough that I hope others discover them. Very competitive prices and very low hassle/low pressure reminders on when it's time for them to come back out. 100% recommend.

One stop came out because we had a carpenter ant problem between the wall where both bathrooms are located. THey were able to treat the issue effectively and we have not had any issues since they were out. They also did a treatment for other insectes and roaches inside and outside. We have not seen any insects or roaches since the treatment. I bought the yearly plan and it was extrememly affordable. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend for any exterminator needs. We will use them form now on.

Waste of money. Paid $180 for removal of rodents and still had rodents in the end. Called back to address the situation but put the blame on us. Their warranty means nothing only means that they refill your bait box. Would not recommend.

My experiences with this outfit is positive. They are always on time, knowledgeable, and seem to be interested in solving whatever pest control issues you have. I give them an A+.

We have been using One Stop for over 3 years now and have had nothing but wonderful service. The technicians are very friendly, professional, and polite. They always know what types of ants are currently bugging us and have addressed our issues. They have treated wasp nests and go above and beyond. And last but not least, their prices beat the competition.

Got a call this morning from someone named James. I have no idea how they got our phone number and so when I said that we have never dealt with them, he hung up in my face. Super unprofessional and I’ll be sure not to ever recommend or deal with this company.

Be careful. Once you sign with them they'll trick you into staying with them. They didn't tell me the service they performed was the start of a new contract until after they finished. If they'd told me that I was finished with my contract I wouldn't have had them come out. The guy who came out said the phone people should have told me. When I said they didn't he got very mad at me for asking questions.

We have used One Stop for over 5yrs and have had excellent service. They were recommended bi the previous owners of our home. I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Dallas area and their prices are very competitive.

Have used this company for several years now. Have been able to limit bug (especially ant and spider) population while getting rid of inside-the-home ant infestation at least twice. Thorough and friendly. Recommended to anyone with pest control needs!
