We have used Bill Clark for almost a year now and Brent came to us for the first time today and he is AMAZING!! He is super friendly and went above and beyond good customer service. He noticed a dead tree in our yard and told me that he was going to spray it for us. That right there is GREAT customer service. We hope that Brent will always be our technician. First visit they treated my entire yard for army worms and it did wonders on stopping the infestation of moth eggs in my exterior walls. Nick did a great job on the second visit which was straight forward and professional. Sprayed in and outside because unlike the other guys they reached out to me before just showing up at my door step. Should have used BC services from day one in our house but we all learn our mistakes.

Nick has came to the house several times to help me combat spiders, and if i do say so myself he is very helpful. he has a great way of explaining things, and always has a great attitude. very kind human and i appreciate the help he gives. don’t ever send anyone else. we took a vote and we are keeping him.

I’ve been in Orange for a couple years and SETX for 7. I trust these guys to help with all the bugs issues I can throw at them. Nick came out today and was did a great job with his spray, inside and out. He represented the company well with his communication and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I was charged $1000 to put in termite trap system with then saying they will change the traps every Year. I was charged $325 for a company guy to take a walk on my backyard, traps' been just checked not changed. False advertisement and total rip off.

Shane came to do the evaluation and gave a great price for what i needed done. Tony was very professional and did a great job!!!! If you need exterminator company I recommend these guys for sure. Thanks!
