This is regarding the roach bomb service for my girlfriend’s apartment, and honestly your entire process is terrible from beginning to end. It took you THREE MONTHS to actually schedule someone to come out. Three months. Let me repeat. It took 3 months to schedule someone to come perform a service THAT ONLY TAKES 4 HOURS.
