I've been needing to do this, we bought our current house two years ago, and honestly since we're "on the other side of the Bridge" we're having to switch providers in a lot of areas, last termite season I did my research and reached out to Tri-City Exterminating Co immediately when I called the owner asked "Well how did you hear about us" I told him I googled exterminators and pest control "near me" then did my due diligence on reading reviews and years in service. He said "Well I really appreciate that because we pay a lot of money for SEO'S" 🤣 I said I'm familiar with the concept and NEVER go with with gut #1 sponsored Ad. Anyways since then I've had to reach out to them a few times to assist me in local nuances for living in a remote, country, farm area and EVERYTIME it's been a different employee boy the EXPERIENCE and the level of service we've received is top notch and 5-Star worthy. Please consider using them for any routine or pest specific needs

Jonathan from your company came out today and treated my house for roaches. It was very refreshing to have a service tech like Jonathan perform services for me. He was very personable, friendly, explained everything he was doing, and I was very happy with the services he provided. He is a great employee, and you are fortunate to have him!

So far both times we've called to have them come deal with a pest issue they were not on time. Last time they were supposed to be here by 10am to treat for termites. Didnt show up till almost 2pm. This time they were supposed to come get a possum out of our wall, supposed to be here "first thing in the morning". Its now 2pm and they are not here. Called and was told that the guys had said they had already been by my house and took care of the issue, which they had not, and left for the day because it rained for about an hour. Definitely not impressed and confused as to why this business has a 5 start raiting.
