Discovering bed bugs is distressing and awful. If you’ve spent any time googling bed bugs, it feels impossible to get rid of them and a money pit to try and do so. It’s also impossible to sleep knowing that your home has been violated by little vampires. I called around to several places that specialize in bed bug extermination. Most places made me more fearful telling me that I had a bad case of bed bugs. With a 4,000 sq ft home, all the treatment options seemed overwhelming. I talked to Bill at Guardian on the phone and he calmed my worst fears and assured me that it wasn’t that bad and that we could get rid of them quickly and at a relatively affordable price. Bill had heaters delivered the next day. The tech we worked with was especially kind and put my worst fears at ease. Although the infestation seemed contained to one room, we treated all the bedrooms in the house. Bill was available via text to answer questions along the way and was very accommodating when we needed a little more time to finish the treatments. The tech returned after 3 days to pick up the equipment and did a few spot treatments with chemicals to further settle my fears. It’s been several days since we’ve seen any bugs or bites. If we continue to be bed bug free in the next couple of months, Guardian deserves a 10-star review. Bill followed up with me after treatments to make sure we were taken care of. The customer service was excellent. I’ll add that their “About Me” on their website site in regards to bed bugs, resounded with me. Go give it a read.

Bill is extremely professional with great communication. I requested a quote for a spider misting system and he was at my house within a day. I received a quote later that afternoon and he had my system installed within a week. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a spider misting system!

Bill responded to my online submission promptly the next business day after we discovered ants in our shower and then came out first thing in the morning to help spray then left baits for any further intrusions. This company is the best thing that ever happened to us in houston! EVER!! We had fleas that were terrorising us, and I do mean TERORIZING US. We read about a heat treatment process and the temp that fleas die at, called them, and they hooked us up in less than 2 days! To begin with, the main guy, Bill, picked up the phone and spoke to me with such kindness, understanding, and human respect and dignity, I knew it would be a great experience, and would be stressless. Trey came over, set EVERYTHING up for us, gave us superb instructions, and told us he'd be available if we needed anything at all. When there was a mild issue, we called and he came STRAIGHT over and rectified this. He and Bill were so kind, and Trey was very kind and spoke to us with such assurance, and a desire to help throughout. They have made this an experience and service we will likely request quarterly They fried EVERY SINGLE BUD, FLEA, SPIDER, ROACH ETC. It was fabulous. You won't regret it. Tre was freaking amazing. Excellent service. I would love to work with him again, but they did such a good job that won’t be needed. They got my house so hot it killed everything. My house was 151° at one point. Now I can rest easy at night not be bit. I can invite guests over. I’m not scared to take clothes out my house in my backpack. Oh my gosh y’all are heaven sent. Trey was the technician, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He explained how the heat treatment works, what temperatures it reaches (over 120°+), and why heat effectively eliminates bed bugs at all life stages. He answered all of my questions and truly gave me peace of mind during a very stressful moment. The equipment worked exactly as explained, and the entire process felt safe and well-managed.
