We have used the 4-Season plan with Shamrock for at least 7 years and have been very pleased with the service and communication. Recently, Jason has been especially helpful and informative (and successful).

Customer since 2003 for termite treatment and ongoing control via bait stations. My contract says Sentricon Termite Bait System” but I do not have that product. Now I find out I never had that product I’ve been paying for. Additionally active termites last year were misidentified by Philip as carpenter ants and I was charged an additional fee for treatment Hoch did not stop the wood damage. Now I find out from TX Dept of Agriculture thst this pest control corporation isn’t even licensed anymore! Do not do business with these people.

Don’t bother trying them! They don’t respond and when they do, they don’t show up when promised.

Mr. Kuhlmann,<br><br>We’ve tried calling you. If you check the ring camera, you will see our technician had came by but couldn’t make entry. We reached out to the neighbor to let us in and we couldn’t make contact with him either. After 30 minutes we have to leave to make sure the rest of the stops are done promptly. Hope this clears everything up for you! Please feel free to call!

Didn't return any calls for a re-spray. Phoned twice and left messages. The spay didn't work and they didn't return calls.

I literally just watched the dude walk through the building spraying one small squirt on the side wall as he walked by. Doesn't seem like this would deter many bugs.
