I live in an apartment complex that they service and the rat and roach issue just gets worse. My apartment is clean, I'm not a messy person. I've complained numerous times and the problem gets worse. Never had issues till they took over. And the poison they use smells extremely strong. They also don't show up when they are suppose to. Stay away from them
