I did not get to actually experience the services being provided due to no techs were available in my area, nor did they have the product that I needed to provide the service requested which caused me to be rescheduled twice. I was informed and rescheduled the first time because he had no product of what i needed. The second time i was not informed but just waiting until i decided to call and follow-up on the eta time on their arrival. I was rescheduled and did not know it, but the ladies informed me on rhe situation. However I was pleased with the customer service provided to me because they spoke with clarity and informative information into why I was rescheduled andMelody and Ms. Nancy was very professional. Although I canceled my subscription due to those reasons they still remained to be professional.

Joe was amazing. He assessed the house and gave a recommendation and plan. I appreciate his professionalism. However after this initial visit they didn’t mention it was every other month or whenever they made it. I called a few times to get service and they lowered my fee by a few dollars. Then they went to a new name I’m assuming got bought out. I called and asked for an update on when someone would come out to service my home, no text or call back. Called the next day and whomevwr answers the phone lacks professionalism. When I asked if this was Magna pest she told me I had the wrong number instead of saying that was the previous name. So I said ok perplexed and Them blocked their reaccuring charge

Very poor quality service! After being taking care of the pest control of my house quite poorly for over two years I decided that lack of quality service was enough. This company could never minimize the spider issues on my backyard and when I needed help to eliminate “tiny”-black ants inside of my house, this company set three appointments and their technicians never showed up to perform the service. In fact, despite having paying them a monthly maintenance fee, I have doubts that they were even coming to my house at all. I am a retired professional, who is always at home, and I have not seen them around my house for a long while. If you need this kind of service, I am sure, you will be better served by someone else.
