My boyfriend called Steve about a yellow jacket problem this morning and within an hour he was at his house and checking everything out. He was very informative and professional, he left to go get his suit and then came back and took care of everything! Pest one was very fairly priced and he even offered to come back the next day if we noticed that there were still a lot of jackets. Support this local business any day before paying one of the large companies!

After hearing a noise in my attic I called another company that quoted $1000+ to treat “rats” in the attic. After calling Pest One for a second opinion they came out and looked over everything much more carefully and determined there was no issue. They ended up charging nothing, even after multiple trips. Only place I will call in the future.

I wouldn’t have used anyone else for my home when I was a home owner in Mansfield and now that I’m a renter in Fort Worth I’m so thankful that my landlord uses them for all her rentals !

After hearing a noise in my attic I called a different company who came out and gave me a ridiculous estimate. They said I had rats in the attic & they could seal off all possible entry points, spray disinfectant & suggested new rodent proof vents for a total of over $4000. I called Pest 1 for a second opinion, not telling them about the 1st estimate. The tech said he saw no evidence of rodent activity & said I had the cleanest attic he ever been in. (I been in the house less than a year). He put down bait to ease my concern and returned 2 days latter. He still saw no rodent activity & assured me if I had rats they would’ve taken the bait. He told me to call again if I needed to and did not charge me one cent for his service. A week or so later I heard the noise again and went to investigate. Turns out the noise was from my water heater. Thanks Pest 1 for your honest, professional service. The other company lied and would have ripped me off.

Raphael has been out to my house twice and each time performed professionally and was very respectful. He rectified my insect problem each time and was very pleasant while doing his job. I will definitely use Pest One and ask for Raphael again!

The company employs friendly and knowledgeable pest control technicians. They respond quickly to inquiries and make sure to do a thorough job when spraying for pests. I highly recommend this company. We have used this company regularly over the last 2 years! They are so honest. They never suggest things you don't need. He knows his rodents! and he knows how to get rid of them without charging you a ton! Use them you wont regret!
