Lone Star Rodent Removal & Exclusions

I called Aaron on monday morning after having my yard destroyed for the past week. He came out the same day and set traps. On Tuesday morning, he had trapped an armadillo. Aaron left the traps over night and Wednesday morning, a second armadillo was caught. Lone Star was outstanding, as was Aaron. If you have a rodent problem, you need to call Lone Star!

We had five raccoons living in our attic for a few months. A large national company tried for three weeks to remove them and then literally abandoned us, taking our deposit with them. We called Aaron and he quoted us a very reasonable amount to trap all of them no matter how long it took. He said he never gives up. Aaron was true to his word. Over four weeks he patiently tapped all five raccoons. Don’t use the big companies. When it gets hard they give up. Not Aaron. He will do what he says he will do.

Aaron is the gold standard of raccoon removal. We tried a big company (Critter Control) and they abandoned us after being baffled by the raccoons in our attic. We found Aaron, and he never gave up. Our job was super challenging for him, but he persevered and worked with us, and we finally caught the last of 5 raccoons! All safely released into nature now. Thank you, Aaron! We contacted Aaron when we found 3 raccoons playing on our roof. We had seen them in the yard on an earlier occasion but didn’t realize they had taken refuge under our solar panels until we heard them scampering on the roof. Aaron was able to come out that day and placed 4 traps in case there was more than 3. Well, there ended up being 5! He caught them all in one night with his traps and re-homed them far away from our home. He left another trap in case we missed any others. Thankfully he got them all. He is professional, compassionate, and guarantees his work. He also offered to give us a quote for filling in any gaps around our house to prevent any future invasions. Aaron came out to our house promptly and showed up. We called Friday afternoon, and he arrived Monday morning. He thoroughly inspected both the garage attic and house attic for rats. We had much rat droppings. I couldn't seem to get rid of them. He found that they were lizard droppings instead and we did not have a rat problem. He was honest. I insisted on paying for his time and expertise. However, he gallantly refused payment. He gave us tips and advice on how to prevent further incursion of rats and how to rat proof our roof. I am sure that if I had gone to one of the big pest guys, they would have tried to up sell me on a plan to get of rats that I did not need. We did not have a rat problem. Thank you Aaron! It is very rare to find honesty and integrity nowadays. I whole heartedly recommend Aaron with all of you animal pest problems.

I contacted Aaron (Owner) and was please at his quick response to my voicemail. (Within several minutes) I asked him if he had time today regarding a bird in my exhaust vent. He was able to squeeze me in at the end of his day and I got a text when he was 15 minutes out which was appreciated. When he arrived he was extremely professional and systematic in going around the entire house looking for the bird in the exhaust fan which we concluded probably left when I wasn’t watching, he also checked for other entry points for birds or rats around the house and showed me where we could close things up tighter if needed. He rang the bell at 9am sharp, found the dead rodent, found all of the entry points, gave me a quote (a great price), and was fixing the roof by 9:20. This guy is legit. I don’t usuallly recommend people on google, but I really like the cut of his gib.
