Alex and his crew did an excellent job on my attic insulation project. They clearly understood my issue and goals. My home office sits above the garage and gets hot during the summer and colder during the winter. Penguin removed the old insulation, added a thicker layer of new insulation, and installed a solar-powered attic fan. The attic looks much better and will be much cooler during the hot Texas summers.

I reached out via Yelp late on a Wednesday afternoon. I wanted a furnace closet insulated before the incoming ice storm. They contacted me same day and gave me an accurate quote based on photos. They finished the job the next day before noon. Excellent and speedy service!

Great Work at a Fair Price. Penguin Insulation did an excellent job removing old dirt and insulation that had been in my attic for over 20 years. The team was professional, thorough, and left the area very clean. Alex, the owner, was very detailed and patient in explaining the process and options. He also recommended nest thermostat and replaced it which was a great help. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend their services.

I am extremely satisfied with the insulation installation service provided by this company. They worked very fast, were highly professional, and paid great attention to small details. I highly recommend them! The work was done just in 4-5 hours and the crew kept my house clean.

Penguin was great to work with! Alex jumped on a FaceTime call with me so I could show him my project. He gave me an accurate and fair quote over the phone. Johnny showed up to the job on time and quickly started working on my project. He took time to answer my questions and made sure he understood everything that needed to be done. The work was high quality and finished on time the same day. They even hung around and chatted with me for a while and offered to help me take down my Halloween decorations. Overall my experience was excellent and I definitely recommend Penguin for your insulation needs.

Disappointed. Communicated with Alex via text and we agreed via text to meet between 10:30 and 11am on Sunday afternoon. His response Saturday evening at 7:10pm, after I offered a time, was “sure”. Needless to say 10:30-11am arrives and not so much as a courtesy call. At 12:42 pm he decides to try and reach me. At that time my decision and experience was made. Why would I trust him or a company to do some significant work? And finally the kicker, he decides to show up on his own at 1:15pm despite me ignoring his calls. I let him know due to his poor professionalism, I was out. If you can’t stick to your word for an appointment, why would you stick to any agreements made regarding a job. Genie did a great job. Showed up on time and finished the job in time. Even added insulation in an area that needed insulation after all the equipment was put away. Alex was on site to supervise. 5 star!!!!

Penguin Insulation did a great job on my project. They insulated my attic, garage, and walls, taking care to clean everything up afterward and bag anything exposed in the garage. The attic and garage both look great. They were able to insulate the walls with only some minor drywall holes and are even helping me find a reasonable drywall contractor for the repairs. The work was done well, at a fair price, and I'm very satisfied with the results. I recommend them.

Top notch. Out of any business deal, I want three things: hard work, integrity, care. Alex is amazing and a deserved business owner in DFW. He did fast work, quality work, and all for a great price. Alex immediately came back to fix the powered fan they installed 3 months ago. Immediately got back to me after doing the work 3 months ago!! Find that somewhere else. Excellent work from the first call till the day they came and provided their insulation service. Very friendly and informative and time efficient. Arrived on time and wasted no time they got straight to work. Reason for the service was due to one of the rooms in my house was freezing during the winter, and when I moved into the house it had little to no insulation. After the insulation the main room was not freezing anymore and the house retained the heat during the winter and cool during the summer. Highly recommend them. They show you the work and progress I asked if they could fill in small corner angle and they asked no questions or gave me push back they did it right away. I would for sure use them again. I used their service back in January 2023 I just never left them a review due to a password issue. I said I would leave a review once I fixed it. Thanks for your service.
