One of the best exterminators I have ever used, owner was very down to earth and was honest about what needed to be done at my place. I have used these guys for years now and have never had any problems. Used them for my wife’s grandparents as well when they had problems and they came out the next day and took care of everything. Also used them for my moms place as well for a roach problem after the vacant house next to her was cleaned out and her house was just infiltrated with them. The technician James that came out let us know what to do and what we were doing wrong and got rid of them in no time! Really great people! I definitely recommend them to everyone!

They did an amazing job! He explained what his chemical did and everything that it was used for. It is nice to know they know what they use and how to use it. I will definitely use them again!! They are very humble and respectful people, your house will be in good hands and bug free!!

I totally agree with the reviews. It's been 2 weeks and everything is the same. Called the office and he said that I need to give it at least 3 weeks. It's funny because they only warranty up to 4 weeks. He found every excuse to fight with me and said that he told me multiple things not to do within the weeks to let his product work. He said nothing to me and was only here for 5 minutes tops to spray our entire house and outdoors. He came again, even though I can tell he didn't want to and did exactly the same. Said no words when leaving. Was in and out of the house in a couple of minutes. To be honest. I don't even think he sprays, I think he just walks around and comes back. I would never go with them again. What a waste of time and money. 130.00 out the door. Next time, I would really do my research.

These are very polite gentlemen, however AWFUL exterminators. They came out and it was as if they sprayed nothing but water. Came out again 3 weeks later to try to fix the problem- nothing changed. $130 waste. Will definitely go with Witten next time.
