I’ve was googling places since I had a situation with termites. Every place I called was just wanting to give me a certain package without actually doing a consult or they would charge me for consult. When I called master pest control, Matthew answered, he heard me out and confirm no charge for consult and Joe came by the same day!!! I was so thankful when he arrived. He was so kind!!!! He inspected my home and confirm I had termites. Dealing with this first time of situation, he made me feel assure I was in good hands by answering all my questions. I decided to get the general package for pest control as well and he offered a discount for that. I was so grateful for all his help from him and his team. Everyone is so kind and is always willing to listen and help. Now I have them come every three months for general pest control, they are very flexible with my work schedule as well.

Called and got no response foe several days. They did not come by when they said they would. When they finally came the gave me an estimate I agree to and told they would be out in a few days. They never came never responded to inquiries. I don't beg people to take my money

They answered all of our questions, gave us a good second opinion about termite treatment compared to Orkin, and offered us an affordable solution without any pushy sales tactics. Absolutely professional people and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for an honest pest control company. I’m happy to say that our house is now termite-free. Plus, they were even able to save my mom’s garden that was adjacent to the perimeter of the house despite tenting the entire house. 100% recommend.
