Curtis came out and inspected our house for rodent activity, upon inspection completion he went over in very thorough detail what the work would entail as far as sealing holes and rat trap placement. Turns out we had squirrels and rats and after the holes had been sealed we haven't heard any kind of activity post treatment. 10/10 professional level quality of work, customer service and I couldn't be happier having chosen Summit.

Summit pest control was amazing. We had a problem with fleas in the house and in the yard. They came out and did treatment and made sure all the fleas were gone. They were extremely professional and also extremely kind. I would recommend Summit without hesitation. I worked with Amanda and Curtis, both were wonderful!

I’ve been a customer of Summit for 2 years. We began our service when we moved into an older home, that already had a few pesky “tenants,” of the 6 & 8-legged variety. Summit effectively eliminated the problem, and had our home insect-free by the time we were ready to move in! Justin had responded quickly when I’ve had concerns. Amanda & Justin are kind, professional, and so easy to work with. I appreciate their excellent and effective service. 2025 UPDATE: Today was my 2nd 2025 quarterly pest treatment by Summit. The technician is respectful and knowledgable. He was able to answer my questions about some random ants I’ve noticed, and he offered helpful advice about things he noticed around my property that I might adjust to continue to deter pests. He had reviewed notes about his last visit to my property, and was ready to discuss the effectiveness of the treatment he applied during his last visit. I continue to recommend this business!

Amanda and Justin were very responsive to our problem and so professional and friendly. We had a big nest of 🐜 inside the window of our patio. Jason came over in less than an hour and took care of it, no extra charge. He also sprayed insect repellent inside and outside our home. We are so happy and decided to go for a long-term scheduled services with them.
