I was scheduled for 12:30 but your scheduler put me in at me at 10:00 and thank God, the Technician, Ken, called out of courtesy. Honestly, I would have blown your company off because I believe in first impressions BUT Ken was your saving grace; we agreed on a later time that day that worked with my 94 year old Mother’s schedule. We ended up hiring your company ONLY because of Ken Purcell and the fact he communicated well with my Mother, who is the person who will be paying for the extensive pest treatment.
