I was told that I would get a phone call when the tech was on the way, but instead, I received no notice and he just showed up at my door so things were not prepared properly for his service. After he left, I went around to see if he had treated certain areas such as bathrooms, but there was no sign of treatment as in those areas. If he treated them, the liquid dried faster there than other places. I found it strange that he walked around, muttering to himself. I see in the pictures that he treated the carport ceiling which everyone knows does not need treatment. I doubt seriously he treated the barn, workshop and bunk room because there are no pictures to indicate that. The other technician always treated it because I paid for that service there also. This was the worst service I’ve had from this company. The other young man always did a great job. I am very disappointed in this company management, scheduling and service. I miss the previous company that serviced my property.
