Very friendly, professional and honest. The chemicals used are top notch! They’ve gotten me spoiled to the point where when I see even one little bug I know it’s time for another treatment because my house literally goes months without ANY critters! My only request is for a website where payments and appointments can be scheduled.

Killeen Pest Control came to my home this morning, Richard was on time and very professional and informative. He’s from Killeen, as are the owners, I always like to use companies that are owned by hometown people, when I can, and I’m happy to say, as long as they’re in service they will have my business when needed, they’re amazing!

We have had wonderful experiences every time we've used them. They are very reliable, and they have also been very honest. When I was concerned about termites, I would have spent whatever they asked to solve the problem. Instead, they did a thorough exam of the house and found that there was old damage but no active problems. Not only did they not charge me, they'll follow up in a few months just to be sure nothing has changed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Call to to request service as a new customer and the lady answering already sounded annoyed. Then acted like Copperas Cove was on a different planet. It takes us 9 mins to drive into Killeen from our house in Cove. Good job on customer service. 👎 👎

Amazing service! We had a pest issue, and they arrived within an hour. By the time Sean finished his walk-through of our home, the pest was completely eliminated. They are truly outstanding and highly recommended! If you're looking for quick results, give them a call!

Killeen pest control is a very good pest control company. I used them on occasions when I needed someone to spray for a final inspection. Real good service there product works very well against all pest.

Recently found out they've been taking advantage of my grandmother. They have been treating her home for the past 3 years once every 3 months charging $150 a visit. Cockroaches only getting worse. Pretty sure they're spraying sugar water.

I am so impressed by this company. Bradley came out and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave me insight into how to treat the problem myself- I was amazed! He could’ve kept that information to himself but instead chose to risk losing money in order to help my family save money. This is an honest company with integrity.

Had a termite scare, came out, inspected. Nothing found. Left, no charge. Seemingly had records from a previous owner back in the 90's, so their record keeping practices is worth noting.

The Lisenby family has owned and operated KPC for over 40 years. They are familiar with what plagues us, they've been battling those pests forever. The ladies in the office make you feel like part of the family. The technicians are professional. If you have roach it might take a treatment or two to rid you home of them so don't get alarmed.

Wonderful staff

I dont normally post reviews but i had killeen pest control spray for cockroaches recently after they left i started seeing more than originally so i called them and they came again to spray im stl finding them alive they charged 150 for the service. Last year i used mantis they came sprayed and all bugs started coming out and dying which lasted about a year that service charged 79 dollars.
